Valerian...any use?

sort of, it affects GABA-b instead of GABA-a.

it can be compared most to a crude GHB/GBL buzz, or a weaker benzo like quazepam or oxazepam(although i find it more like a crude GHB/GBL buzz).

be careful, it can cause physical dependence and withdrawl symptoms very much like a benzo. but you have to be seriously abusing the stuff daily you won't get hooked as bad as a benzo.

Gotcha, I just hope I can find a Vitamin Shoppe around me, probably not, if there is one it's probably 2 or 3 hours away. I just wonder if Phenibut and Kava would be worth the trip if it is that far.

I used to drive 6 hours to Mexico to pick up OxyContin and hydrocodone (now that is worth it) 80 OC's were $40, decent price but those damn Vicodin were $5 each. That's the only place I could find them.

It's actually pretty common to use phenibut to potentate benzos...

If you are an occasional user, this is a pretty fun combo...
 
Be easy on the Kava, it's very easy to binge on it without ill effects. But long term usage might make your skin break out... Test to see your sensitivity...
 
Valerian has worked for me surprisingly well during times when I was running low on Klonopin. It has the potential to knock you out pretty good for sleeping purposes if you take enough of it, for me that would be around six of those big capsules.

I always forget about Valerian Root, I have a huge bottle of it and it definitely works, I think it's best for sleep. Mix in some Benadryl or Melatonin if you feel the need.

I've tried Kava pills and they didn't work as well but I've heard the real stuff works very well. I'll have to try that someday.

listen to this, i was using kava like crazy and i got a rash all over my body and my face got kinda puffy.

after stopping the kava it quickly went away so now i am more careful with my use.
