Lol, I probably should have stated that I'm also physically dependent on benzos (hence the "if you have nothing else" comment).

Someone start up a "If you have nothing else" megathread. Or maybe not, could be a terrible idea. We could start recommending Jenkem.
 
It often stimulates me enough to stay awake all night on that shit.
Try melatonin, a really low dose, like half a 300mcg tab. Also look for extended realeased formulations.
I'll say it again, using drugs to treat insomnia can be messy business!
 
i have these pills that have phenibut, valerian, and skullcap that actually give me a buzz and i mix those with kava and that puts me sleep gently but well.

I bought it from a health store in my city. It was professionally extracted with alcohol and it was 500mg/ml tincture, not a crappy home job. I was utterly disappointed I'm afraid.
 
I've seen Kava on lots of online vendors, but it's banned for sale on the shelves now here. As for phenibut, I don't know offhand.

yeah its funny all the shit in the Vitamin Shoppe that i can manage to get high off.

i buy kava tinchures and bottles of phenibut every time i go there and they don't even think about my "intentions" of using the stuff.
 
Phenibut is a really shitty high in my opinion but extremely useful for anxiety. The bodybuilding types seem to love their gaba-b agonist though. You should read some bodybuilding forums, they really glorify it.

I've never got a good high off of kava, just out of it and nauseous. I only tried a couple brands before giving up. Once again, it was useful for anxiety. What kind of kava do you guys get?

They will just tell you: "You may be a little out of it combining these supplements. Thank you for coming to the Vitamin Shoppe, have a nice day."

I'm like... WTF? With literally the whole shelf of kava tincture and phenibut...

Like duffel bags of the shit at a time... I even bring my own bag...

They order extra kava and phenibut just for me... LOL

Ask them to stock them for you. They will tell you a date they are to arrive, and will stock them from then on as long as people (You) buy them...

Same process for any store... If the product you wish to obtain is within the margins of what the store sells, you as the costumer is always welcome to ask the store to stock it for you...

same here, walk in with a duffle bag and just pack it with kava and phenibut, pay for it, and get a "thank you see you again tomorrow" with a smile.

Thanks for the advice. I've never tried the tincture before. Is that different from the caps? What effects could I expect?
