40mg. Vyvanse
Sodium Bicarbonate: Allows better absorption

200mg. Butalbital
300mg. Lyrica: potent potientiator of GABAergic
depressants, such as butalbital

3g. Kratom
25mg. Hydroxyz: Typical prescribed antihistamine to increase opiate's effects
10mg. Loratadine: OTC antihistamine
25mg. Promethazine: Sedating agent that reduces nasaua

 

[K'd-OUT-in-AZ]

30mg d-amphetamine salt combo
30mg methamphetamine (Desoxyn)
200mg Caffeine
600mg Pregabalin
4mg Suboxone

and

a 200mg line of Ketamine that will eventually become half a gram. I want to go into a K-Hole tomorrow by around noon.

Yeah, I prefer your's. I sadly don't have that combo. My main qualm is... will the stimulant, opiate, and barbituate have good synergy?

No barbiturate. Just stimulants, opiate and ketamine. I don't know if the stimulants, Lyrica & Suboxone have synergy because I take them every morning so its all the same. Only difference tomorrow morning will bring is the ketamine.

Personally I'd take all of yours. Should be a fine mix. Stimulants won't over power. If you want to remove anything then maybe the caffeine but that's only if your worried about that.
