i cannot wait till baseball finally starts. i love it, hands down the best sport imo.
anyway whats your picks for each leauge/conference? heres mine

AL
east-boston
central-chicago sox
west-LA
and the wild card is goin to tampa.

NL
east-philly(dont they always win? ha.)
central-chicago cubs
west-san diego
and the wild card to san francisco.

WS is going to be boston and san diego with san diego winning the series 4-2


i love chatting baseball with people so come talk about the off season and winter meeting, trades, ect or ect

While I don't follow MLB religously, I am a hardcore Reds fan and I predict they will at least get to the NL championship game. They are resigning all the key players, Votto, Bruce, Cueto, all resigned.

Throw in the Cuban Missile Aroldis Chapman, I think the Reds will be stronger and stronger for years to come.

They are all young and hungry.

Plus the Cards might lose Poop Holes to free agency, the Cubs have guys like Soriano, lol, the biggest competition the Reds might have is Milwaukee.

I haven't been excited for MLB during the offseason for a long time. I might even get season tickets for the Reds this year, with all the extra money I am going to save by not renewing my Bengals tickets.

maaan get those season tix its like 162 games. you can sell off some of them to your friends for less than a normal ticket when you dont go. plus to me, the whole experience of going to baseball games is just so exciting for me. its americas national past time i love it.

i heard the yankees might be going for poop holes cause mark tex is gettin old its time for him to dh.
i agree about the reds they did pretty well last year. i missed some of the season cause i was locked up so im not too up on it right now. i cant believe SF that was crazy man im glad they won.
 
Yeah I don't think too many people picked SF to win it all last year. I was good with it, they have some Tim Lincecum is a protege and he is down with the weed. What's not to love?

I saw that TB picked up ManRam and J.Damon. That's something I never saw coming. I mean Damon and Manny on the same team I could see, but in Tampa?

It would be funny to see them stick it to their own team in Boston.

that i plan on going to a yankee's game when im in NY in August... Im pretty sure (dont quote this) they may be playing th A's or Angels when im there...

... sorry that is my only prediction... im from Australia... we dont love baseball as much as you crazy fucks do...

Also watch the site regularly, last year for 24 hours they offerered the whole 2010 season for $20, instead of the regular cost of $25 a month. So i jumped on that. :D

They need to drop the fuckin blackout rule though.
 
i'll get back with you in august. baseball season is great but it kind of drags out for me. guess i'm a typical braves fan.
 
The Pirates will win 80 games and receive an honorary playoff birth, the wildcard winner gets thrown under the bus.

ESPN's Buster Olney reports that Albert Pujols would reject any proposed trade during the season.
It's his right as a 10-and-5 player. It makes getting an extension done even more critical for the Cardinals, as they won't have a potential blockbuster deal to fall back on should they come to the conclusion that keeping him for the long term isn't going to happen. It's possible Pujols could change his mind, but if he doesn't, it certainly would be hard to sell the idea of losing Pujols for only a couple draft picks to the fanbase. Pujols has set a deadline for extension talks for the beginning of spring training, so the Cardinals have 21 days to get something done. Jan. 29 - 8:15 am et

in other news: my rays got some nice prospects. boston should go away. and the birds of the al east just dont belong here. maybe nl?? lets hook up some new teams id love to see that lol.

btw i think one of you guys mentioned SD was your team and you have no hope lol. well i checked them out and theyve got a decent team i tihnk they could make the playoffs man. goodluck to your padres :P
