usually after a high dose of adderall

Usuallly after miultiple doses is it normal to need to takbig breathe? Like be short of air? Not bad to where I need to worry about but a noticeable differencee. Ne ways I'm drinkin now not a whanderiong if its ok. Only like 6-7 beers. I took 120mg thruout the day starting at 9am. But whena heart is beating fast is it best to put a lil alcohol or a lil benzos. I stopped rh adderall at liilke 3pm. Is uppers siy good to do after downers n vice versas
 
Like if ur feeelin like its hard to breathe from downers.maybe n od but not quite. But like if ur hearts going snow will a low dose of stim/amp

Xanax should help your relax, both physically and mentally. Benzos are imperative I think forit, a stimulant come down. Just be careful mixing benzos and booze, and after that much adderal blacking out can become much easier to do. I sometimes get that short of breath feeling with stimulants, (coke, adderal) and it seems to happen when I am really spun and my heart is beating real fast. It usually passes if I just relax for a bit, but I mean if it gets to the point where you are really worried please don't hesitate to go to the hospital. Bertter to be safe than sorry, no?
 
probably a common side effect of mixing uppers and downers
i dont find alcohol to be a great mixer generally

yea lol you talking about mixed amp still? When I found out what was too much Dexedrine in a day, I would skip a breath. It just means you need a chill pill (benzo). I don't think its super bad but its not really "good" for your body but what is ya know? Whateva whateva playboyy
 
^^He's right, a benzo would help, or reduce your amphetamine intake a bit.

Consuming benzos is most likely less dangerous than consuming lots of alcohol and benzos to come down off amphetamines. What goes up, must come down, and then some. Just don't overdo it :)
