Benzos Valium and Opana, the quicker i get advice, the more appreciated, thank you.

I smoked heroin all day, maybe a grams worth.. then tonight I snorted what i think was 40 of opana, did a few fat lines of cocaine... and I started to feel really shitty. I hate cocaine but I can never turn it down when its offerened. So wen i got home i took 1/4 of a yellow xanex bar and half of a blue valium... is my heart going to stop? Should I be worried?

oh sorry didn't see that, I am kinda drunk at the moment. But yea if you were taking 3mg of xanax, that would equal to about 60mg of diazepam. Why on earth did you take so much valium? Was it because you did not feel it kick in? Diazepam can take several hours to peak.

2mg xanax = 40mg valium

That's a perfect way to come off blow... Thats a small dose of benzo and it's always good to have some landing gear as I like to call it.

I don't know, this could have turned out really badly. If you snorted that Opana especially. Doing a whole one of those would be a retarded high opiate dose if you weren't tolerant. No one asked about opiate tolerance, but I would say if you couldn't eat at least 150mg of oxycodone instant release, you would have to watch your shit. That is like eating 2 80's...my math is probably way off I'm just estimating. I know that 20mg would kick my ass when I could chew an 80 and a snort some and be fine.

Really would start with about 5mg of valium, and 5mg of opana with no tolerance. Work the opana up until you are comfortable. That is if you ever try these again. Make sure you research dosage and tolerance, as well as bioavailability. It will save you from this situation again hopefully.

There is no way for us to know what your tolerance level is, however combining opioids and benzos at high dosages is inherently dangerous. If you feel worried, get someone to come and sit with you and make sure you don't pass out, or go to the ER.
