Storing LSD

I've seen this question posted around the internets, with many different answers.

I've heard that a cool dark place is the best, such as in a plastic bag placed inside a refrigerator. I also heard the freezer but with that you risk moisture getting onto the tabs..?
 
If you only have a small amount of acid, and plan on taking it soon (within a month or two) then I wouldn't worry about it. Just put it in some tinfoil in your dresser. It will be fine. However if you have a large quantity that you plan on keeping for a while, then invest in some type of mason jar type protection and store it in the freezer. :)

Do not store it in tin foil. Unless you want your LSD to be scraped off on the tin foil. Use a high gloss paper, something non absorbant and smooth.
 
Interesting theory on the tin foil storage.
However, I have never had problems storing my blotter sheets in aluminum foil.
Also, if you store your blotters wrapped in glossy paper, the polymer coating on the paper will absorb a part of the LSD.
Therefore I would suggest just storing it like most people do: aluminum foil, ziplock bag and place that in a cool, dry place.
You could add some antioxidant/dessicant to the ziplock bag for extra safety.
 
Really high miced paper will scrape off on the tin foil and if you look under a black light, youll b able to see spots of glowing (your lsd).

uh oh, i've been storing my last 3 blotters wrapped in paper, wrapped in cellophane, in a mason jar in the fridge. i'm worried that the paper might be absorbing some?
 
Liquid form, drop hits on a sugar cube and wrap it in foil after it dries
 
crystal- in a amber vial, filled 1/10th filled with ascorbic acid. With the LSD being wrapped in lab grade filter paper.

blotter- wrapped in cling film, then wrapped aluminum foil. or either or. Then put in the middle of a book, on a stacked book shelf.
 
I always put blotter in the freezer wrapped in cling film.
 
dont know about tinfoil scrapping the acid off Ive gotten blotter in tinfoil plenty of times and it always made me trip. But if you have more then a few just slam them in a big book right in the middle and stick the whole thing into your freezer.
 
Ive got 10 hits and I want to save some for later . My room temperature is kind of hot , and ive got a mini freezer . So I wrapped my hits individually on tin foil ,and then wrapped them again on more foil in pairs of 2 . After that I used small zip locks and put them in one of those small jars that contain creams for the face (beauty product for women), wich I emptied, and then put some cotton in the small jar so there would be no space left inside and closed it tightly. My freezer is not on max temp and I dont see a lot of moisture around . Is it a good way to store it? do I have to eat them as soon as I take them out? How long can I leave them without loosing its magic ? Thanks for any advice or opinion.

Search function is one option, but it's also good to use the Psychedelic Index to find the appropriate thread.
Reading the Beginner's FAQ should also fill you in on some basic that should come in handy and/or save time...
