I have 1 30mg capsule temazepam I was wondering if it will knock me out or what ive looked it up i could use some help i have to get up early and cant sleep will this help.

The first time I took one it was 15 mg and knocked me out that long! I had no benzo tolerance.

i had a script for 30's like he had, never knocked me out for that long. always real smooth too, i'd sit in a chair and be liek..oh lawd im tired, about 45 mins after taking and that would be that.

Maybe two would knock you out. I needed two the first time I ever did them without a tolerance. 60-90mg was what always worked. Need a hell of a lot more than that now.

I'm prescribed the 30 mg capsules. I can choose when I want to go to sleep on temazepam for some reason, but I prefer to stay awake given that temazepam is my favorite benzo recreationally though

No don't snort it, if you have the capsule with the powder, open the capsule over your mouth and dump it and have something to swish it down. It's a tasteless powder so it's not like chewing alprazolam or anything

same with me but well actually any benzo of any kind with alcohol makes me black out lesson learded after about 3 or 4 times.

Naw, most need heroic doses to just be knocked out. People don't realize that you have to be comfortable to go to sleep. You also need not to be in an activity for at least an hour. You need to give yourself a change of winding down.
