Anyone else less squeamish when on benzos?

when i take high amounts of clonipin or any benzo for that matter i will eat intill im full and then have really bad stomach issues(sever discomfort, vomiting) and i cant controll it

I'm not usually a squeamish person, although sometimes something will get to me - or I'm just smoking a lot of Sativa and I don't know what else. Benzos dull the feeling in many ways. When I'm on them, I don't 'feel' the needle on the TV, or 'taste' the disgusting food, or I can't make something change into something disgusting, or I may forget about what I was thinking of as I begin the thought. It grounds me largely because I have less control over my fantasy life... less imagination, less synesthesia, less of everything... which can sometimes be a good thing.

What you described is very normal IMO. Other drugs which do this may include the ones with antipsychotic properties, such as Seroquel or highly Indica-dominant strains of weed. Opiates can really numb you too, as someone stated, but I don't have experience in that area.
