Opioids is it better to plug or snort hydromorphone?

I have 4mg hydromorphones, i have a bit of a tolerence so it takes a good amount for me to nod or feel it. but I just tried plug for the first time about 10-15 minutes ago, my syringe type thing only hold 15ml idk if thats enough but i feel good but i only did one and about 7 nasally within the past couple hours. I have two more left, should I do the next two the same way or just snort them?

Which has the better bioavalaibility?

okay, yeh i think i feel it a lot more or better this way. i just did another. how long should i wait inbetween doses?

As long as your little heart desires. People often like to give a good amount of time between doses but HM has no legs. A few hours and you can probably get full effects.
