Hey guys. A relative of mine is in the city for the Tennis and to put it bluntly, she loves to fucking shop. Her boyfriend wouldn't let her in the Prada store, but I need your advice guys!

Things considering buying.

New PC monitor (is flying home, not sure if great)
A Netbook, probably with a Windows OS and just a little bit of hard drive.
Beauty products
Cool shit I would like eg pocket knives, cooking knives that I would like. You guys know me pretty well, bring on a champion thread my friends!

^ Well as far as the netbook goes, I thought maybe some small independent retailers might be having some specials. I know there is good computer stores that has awesome specials in Brisbane, Melbourne would be the same.

What would you guys buy if you had a itchy credit card?
 
David Jones and Myers might have 'old' 2010 stock left of beauty products and knifes and shit.

Or you could try one of the many chef stores in the CBD, or that specialist knife shop in Melbourne Central, or one of this other kitchen/knife stores at Highpoint. I bought a set of knifes for Christmas and saved like 70 bucks from a store in Highpoint. Can't remember the name of it, but I know it's the same store that's on the lower level of David Jones in the CBD. But if you're familiar with Highpoint - it's that kitchen store like right next to Rebel Sport on level 1.

Yeah, I'm not much help lol.

But off the top of my head I can't think of any stores with sales on.

After work I have to head into the city anyways. While I'm there I'll have a look around.
