Best Anti-Emetic For Opiate Withdrawal Nausea?

I live in UK and can get the folowing anti-emetics otc, which is best for opiate withdrawal?

Domperidone
Prochlorperazine
Hyoscine (Scopolamine)

I can get the following anti-histamine based anti-emetics as well but they are a NO GO for me as they cause SEVERE RLS - espeiciallu during withdrawl

Promethazine
Diphenhydramine

I can also get these anti-histamine based anti-emetics but dont know if they have the same effect on RLS as the above ones? (can anyone confirm/deny this please)

Cyclizine
Hydroxyzine

Id go with prochlorperazine for sure. Just make sure not to go over the recomended dose and to watch out for movement disorders that can sometimes happen with anti-psychotics. It should also help you sleep and help some of the wackiness that opiate withdrawals can cause.

Cyclizine is a anti-histamine and would also help. Hyoscine helps the stomach cramps of opiate withdrawals but i wouldnt take it with the other meds or atleast not much of it because when mixed with other meds that have anti-cholinergic side effects it can cause memory loss, a feeling of being weird and out of it, delerium, etc.

Some green does indeed help alot of the symptoms and alot more then anti-emetics usually do but having a strong anti-nausea drug around as well as something to help the stomach cramps such as scopolamine is a good idea as well.
