Yea I know.. Dark days :D

I only took a few to top off a tussin high, wasn't a regular thing or anything. Took 6, so lets see... about 50mg shy of 2gm APAP. Not as bad as some of the vicodin fiends 'round here haha.
 
Zicam has DXM in it? Did not know that, not a big DXM fan though it tends to make my stomach hurt and I vomited most of the time ,drinking Robo anyway, Then a buddy ordered a bunch of DXM powder via internet or something and the got capsules and filles them with DXM and sold them as a pill/capsule called "Voodoo" ..lol..I got wacked on those but, still not a big DXM fan, A girl I know died from DXM a few years ago..weird huh?!
Benadryl is good for helping me sleep, but I have to take about 6 of the 25mg caps of Benadrly to get the sleeping pills effect, other than that it has no recreational value to me..

Only Zicam 'Cough Mist Max D' and Zicam 'Cough Mist Nite'. DXM content is something like 394mg and 644mg, respectively. If I recall correctly. These things were a god send to me before I figured out how to get my paws on powder, and eventually stopped using DXM.

~644mg in a less than a conventional shot glass full of liquid? I don't give a shit how bad it tastes, give me a glass of orange juice to chase and I'm good to go! :D
 
Aspirin AM... Just found this gem amazing for headaches. Ibuprofen is my wonder drug. Caffeine and just about anything that contains it. Vitamin B12!...mtgs list goes on but I would add my too 3.
 
Diphenhydramine - awesome for sleep when nothing else is available.
Naproxen sodium - extremely effective at reducing inflammation ( I have arthritis, so nsaids are a godsend for me).
Albuterol Sulfate - Being as I have asthma, this medicine is also a godsend for me.
Aspirin - The best cure for headaches imo, also good for other reasons, such as thinning your blood.
Caffeine - Amazing for helping with migraines/headaches, and helps get me out of bed in the morning.
 
Cyclobenzaprine- my neck is often achy when I am trying to sleep. The cyclobenzaprine helps with my neck pain, and with sleep.

Where do you get cyclobenzeprine OTC? That's flexeril, right? I have gotten prescribed this before, but didn't think it was otc.. If I am wrong I will praise god since I have horrible muscle spasms and shit. Hmm.
 
I know this is wicked lame, but naproxen (Aleve) is the shit. I never had a preference among NSAID pain relievers until after I had jaw surgery and realized how superior it was too ibuprofen or acetaminophen
 
Ibuprofen. Hands down. Very much a wonder drug IMO.

I have found nothing that works better for headaches, toothaches and basically any type of pain that has to do with inflammation.

I've been sent home from the dentist with Vicodin or Percocet several times but to actually kill the pain I'd take 400-800MG ibuprofen instead. If it's REALLY bad (like after wisdom tooth extractions) I'll take 20-30mg of Oxycodone w/ the Ibuprofen.

Brilliant combination.

Vicoprofen is wonderful also but since it is recreational it's not really for this thread.

Paracetamol/acetaminophen has never done anything for me and I personally classify it as useless... Same w/ naproxen sodium, just never worked for me. Everybody is different. A close friend of mine SWEARS by Naproxen Sodium and says Ibuprofen does nothing for him.
