So yeah ive got cyproheptadine which is an antihistamine that can make you sedated and i happen to have some in my cabinet. So, i have taken antihistamines to feel very sedated and kinda spaced out and i love that feeling.

So im wondering does anyone know how much tablets i should take to feel pretty sedated and spaced out? They come in 4mg.

Also they say for veterinary use only. So is it safe to take anyway?

And get this :)

in the side effects it says:

euphoria
sedation
confusion
hallucinations

i would just start off small like take maybe 2 or 3 and wait a few minutes and see where yu want to go from there cause yu dnt want to over do it ya know.. dn if that helped but thats what i would do haha.. the pill definitely sounds like a good time.! =]

antihistamines aren't going to give you a "downer" type high, and the sedation comes mostly from anticholinergic actions which just feels unpleasant.

ok that was the most tired i was in my entire life. I took 8mg and i slept for 17 hours straight and then when i woke up i slept another 2. this was nothing like benadryl. I felt completly drained for like 2 days

I had a orphenadrine (followed by demerol) IV in the ER once, the orphenadrine almost felt like an opiate, although I was already on a slew of other drugs that I had self-administered prior to going to the ER. I've read other reports where people report slight euphoria with orphenadrine.

I've experimented with diphenhydramine (Benadryl) around the 75 to 100mg range, combined with some good cannabis, it produces an excellent music enhancement on top of the already really good music enhancement that cannabis produces, but that's pretty much it.

This is slightly off topic, but they talk about antihistamines at length and the source is listed as "Antihistamine Aficionado Magazine". Still a very interesting read:
