Opioids Endorphin promoting supplements?

After doing some searches on endorphin/enkephalin breakdown inhibitors I came across a product claiming to be an 'endorphin amplifying euphoric energizer.' Could be a bunch of shit, but nonetheless I remain curious.

It's a product called Endorphix. Among others, it contains:
Endorphigenix (endorphigen)
Nootropaplex
Trixanthimine

A search proved little help, but I did find plenty of endorphigen products without user reviews. Can someone shed some light on this?

Wasn't able to find anything on Google for the substances listed except ads for the supplements themselves.

Nothing came back on PubMed either...except for a search for "endorphigen" which I'm pretty sure isn't an actual chemical name?

Sorry man.

aww hell, endorphigen is just another d-phenylalanine product.

still curious about the other ones. oh well, i'll continue my search for more breakdown inhibitors and update the post if i do. the other ones i have found aren't exactly readily available (at least anywhere i looked).

this is currently the ones I know of:

acetorphan (racecadotril)
thiorphan
d-phenylalanine
opiorphin

Kind of what I suspected.

Trixanthimine sounds like it might be a play on trimethylxanthine which is the shortened chemical name for caffeine.

What exactly are you going to use these breakdown inhibitors for? I'm interested to see how this pans out...

well i use dlpa and i find it helps when using opiates and when i'm not.

when i'm sober, the l-phenylalanine provides a nice subtle stimulation and the d-phenylalanine helps with minor aches.

when on opiates, i notice less stimulation and feel much more opiated. it's much better imo than the many claimed "potentiators." Dxm makes me feel a bit dumb, diphenhydramine dulls the high by making me tired, and benzos can be a bit dangerous. overall, i would recommend it. i would have gotten dpa but it's a bit expensive.

i'm searching for other inhibitors that hopefully are more potent.

^Interesting, I noticed sense I dont take benzo's with my opiates anymore I feel more stimulated and less opiated. Id like to reverse that. So you take D-phenylalanine with your opiates?

If you are opiate free for 2 weeks or more low dose naltrexone is supposed to be an endorphin booster. The theory is take a low enough dose 2-6mgs and it blocks your opiate receptors triggering the brain to produce more. Due to the half life on such a low dose, the research says the blocade is effective for about 4 hours but the overcompensation lasts up to 28 hours.

Valium is kicking in so can't go in to more detail but google Low Dose Naltrexone or LDN.

LDN is pretty interesting. 4mg prepared at a compounding pharmacy taken right before bed seems to be what works best for most people. I thought about it and for someone with a non-opiate habit that uses antidepressants and experiences little relief, this would be a safe way to go. They say you have some pretty crazy dreams and of course will feel like shit if you're still awake when it kicks in. I didn't do it because my doc never heard of it from a pharm rep so he didn't feel safe prescribing it.

But as dlpa has been working so nicely, I'll probably just stick with it for now.
