It doesn't help that people sell jwh and mdpv over the counter in gas stations and headshops as incense and bath salts. Making shit widely available like that rather the just on the internet brings much unwanted attention because people completely ignorant of the drugs effects are introduced to them. Plus some of the biggest source sites for this type of stuff have "legal high" right in the name. If you want to get into this game use a little common sense. People are so eager to make a quick buck and just assume this is legal, it is all fun and games until someone loses an eye as they say.

Oh, I won't disagree with you. The whole "plant food", "incense" and "bath salts" thing ranks right up with "SWIM" on the level of disingenuous. It doesn't fool anybody and just makes it obvious what's going on.

I think the message is pretty clear now - if you put it in a shiny package in normal stores it will become illegal.
Or just if you get big enough - look at what happened to Jon Sloan with BBB
 
Not to hijack the thread, but several RCs were just banned in Louisiana (mephedrone, methylone, etc.). Wasn't sure if anyone had heard yet...:(

it has all gone very very wrong, many states and countries are introducing laws and not informing the population of these law changes, then turn to defendants and say ignorance of the law is no defense.
 
anywhere with analogue acts will not have a problem prosecuting mephedrone dealers as its so close to methcathinone.

i wouldn't be involved in selling ANY quasi legal drugs in america, its just wayyy too risky
