Need Vyvanse Tips

Well, before I was planning on taking Ritalin. But now he's telling me he's prescribed Vyvanse. Few questions.
-Would you recommend this drug?
-Is it safe with weed?
-How much should I take? (5"7 135lbs)
-What are the side effects I really need to worry about?
-Do you have any experience?

Well obviously, but I'm finding out how much is recommended for me to take.

1. I would recommend this drug to someone who is just looking to focus all day. It will not give you a "high" like Adderall or Dexedrine (instant release) because the dose is slowly released. Someone with a tolerance to amphetamines won't find this too useful as a drug to obtain the classic amphetamine euphoria.

3. Someone without a tolerance to amphetamines who is looking to catch a buzz: 50mg Someone with a tolerance to amphetamines looking for a buzz: anywhere around 70-140mg
4. Side effects may include Headache, Anxiety, Insomnia, unintentional muscle movement (tics)
5. Yes, I have experience. I have tried up to 280mg which still doesn't give a true amphetamine high. I prefer instant release amphetamines.

I'd say try around 70-90mg for your first time if you want to really feeling it
