I was thinking the other day about ring substitutions for MA, thinking maybe the furan would work to replace the phenyl group. If thiophene works, why not furan?

Except it's not a phenyl ring, it's a thio substituted cyclopentene ring. Replace that sulfur with an oxygen and you have a furan.

Shambles: My information came from a paper on thio substituted amphetamines and amphetamine analogues, I don't have full-text access anymore though. I will try and find the link to the study if I can. :)
 
i riecived 500mg of methiopropamine yesterday from a reliable source aswell as a batch of poppy pods brewed a nice strong cup of tea and drank the horid juice the useual opiate glow begins too kick in eyeballed a line of methiopropamine and snorted right up my left nostril harsh on the nasal passage effects kick in after about ten minites eyes are feeling wide and feeling a lot more alert and focused im playing call of duty black ops for about 30 minutes and getting insane killstreaks i decide to do another line this is very morish another line burns my nasal passage seems to work good with the tea both drugs compliment each other very well after 4 hors i drink another cup of poppy tea and head too bed sleeping is diffuclt but i finnally manage too sleep at around 5am conclusion nice clean stimulation with little or no comedown better than that 6-apb shite and nrg2 thats for sure peace

Just insufflated aprox 70mg and feeling gooooood



45 mins in and still going strong. Work is easier than usual. Mouth is very slightly dry. Whole body has a generally lovely buzz to it. Meph without the messiness as of now.

Heard mixed reports about this, but gonna have to purchase a gram to find out...
 
For those wondering how best to take this, I got best results by far from plugging. I'm not usually one for plugging substances, since I'm usually content with insuffulation, but in this case I think I may actually stick to plugging as my favourite RoA. It gives a much more intense, longer lasting buzz than vaping, meaning that the experience is both more enjoyable and gives you more bang for your buck.

The main difference between Methiopropamine (MPA) and methamphetamine is the substitution of the phenyl portion with thiophene which can be seen below (don't think it's been posted yet)

It is my understanding is that those urine tests have immobilised immunoglobulins that can bind to unmetabolised methamphetamine and the three main metabolites; amphetamine, 4-hydroxymethamphetamine and 4-hydroxyamphetamine. This binding results in the colour change of the bands. These compounds and those that can cause false positives (eg ephedrine and pseudoephedrine) all have the phenylethamine backbone.

I would therefore say that the thiophene ring will result in enough structural difference that MPA and its metabolites would not produce a positive result because it won't bind with the immunoglobulin.
 
Just came back to say shitty comedown for me on this (though not really worse than other chems it's just having been t-total for 6 months any side effects are unacceptable to me now- just noting that to put it in perspective).

Flushed the rest of mine this morn.

So concludes my interest in this substance.

I was wondering, isn't it possible that some shops will just sell MDPV as methiopropamine ?

Very possible. This industry isn't exactly regulated. It could be mpa, mdpv, mephedrone, anthrax, or any mixture of the above. You really have no idea.
 
I have vaporised about 80mg of this stuff. I feel it's a nice little high. I'm going to try plugging like jspete suggests. I'm going to try 50mg. My girlfriend has looked at me as if Im mental when I told her I'm plugging it lol.
 
I'm feeling very nice after plugging 50mg. My mouths dry and heart rates gone up a lot. Also sweating a bit. Feeling horny too. My girlfriend is drinking wine so i know she'l be up for a fuck shortly
