I just hit it today. I was at 1200 and today I did an extra 400. That's 32 x 50 mg pills. Why am I not having a seizure? Because I'm on 1500 mg (300 x 5) pregabalin also which is an anticonvulsant. Plus 10 mgs diazepam for a little more anticonvulsant protection.

So:
1. Major tramadol addiction
2. Major pregablin addiction
3. Moderate benzo issues

I NEED to open the door and walk down the path out of these addictions and I know that it will be months of pure hell. I know I need to taper down. I'm going to try to quit them in the order above. I'm stopping tramadol first or else I'm going to seizure. I think about quiting every day but I need a little less talk and a little more action.

So is there a button I can push to make all of these addictions go away instantly? Or some javascript or visual basic? Like:

Public Function DE_ADDICT(drugs(),brain())
for each pill in drugs
set pill = nothing
redim brain(not_suffering)
next
End Function

There is code out there to instantly cure your addictions but unfortunately it is in the form of a combination of C and 6800 assembly code published in a book that's been out of print since the 80's.

A magic button? You have to take some Ketamine to find it. In the magic "hole" lies the key to a treasure chest. You must get it by going through "Lego Land" where you have to do a special dance on the right colors, if you do it right you'll find the chest. In the treasure chest lies 3 keys to the magic button but only one of them works. If you do it wrong...well then you have to do some more ketamine. But then, and only then will you have access to the magic button that you can push to cure your addiction. Its a long journey and sometimes it takes a lot of ketamine. I tried it, haven't found the button yet. I don't think I'm dancing enough.

So a ketamine induced 6800 assembly code emulator might do the trick then. I bet I can download a port and run it on a unix box. The downside is by the time the effects of the massive quantity of ketamine wears off I'll likely be living in Syria married to a Syrian woman twice my age and working as a dung analyst making $5 a week a living off sawdust bread. It will take a few months to get back to the US and get my old life back. I'll have a lot of explaining to do and I'll have to make it up because I won't remember any of it. That old Syrian woman probably has the button but she won't give it up until I father her 5 children to adulthood. No deal. There has to be an easier way.

Maybe I can deactivate 90% of my brain while the neurotransmitters readjust to the lack of all my pill intake. If I can find a way to get my smartphone to run my life for a few months that might work. So all I'll need is my smartphone, a mirror, my power drill, a scalpel and some hydrogen peroxide. Brains grow back, right?

So the taper thing - I decided to throw that out and just hit the breaks and cold turkey the tramadol because it seemed like a manly thing to do. It feels...not so good. I am about 5 days into it. The "brain zaps" that all the tramadol people talk about - those are pretty darn zappy. It's gotten to the point where they are so frequent that I'm used to them though. I get one just about every time I blink. This feels like I've been transported into a new body/brain. The world is so much more vibrant and beautiful. But I've regained all of this human emotion like I realize I have to die someday and blah blah all the other human emotions that suck and aren't suppressed by mind lobotomizing drugs like tramadol. It's just odd. It's hell but I had it coming. Doctor me is going to try to maintain this with grams of pregabalin and caffeine and then taper that after this withdrawal stabilizes. Then taper down real slow with diazepam. Ah this sucks. Don't play with pills kiddies.

when u dance, always start with the right foot first, and never look at your feet...hopefully that helps you find the button

Yeah I think it only worked because I was taking it with anti-seizure meds. Otherwise flailing, mouth foam and stuff.

I'm off pregabalin and on the weaker gapapentine too now. I'm going to have taper that then end with a diazepam taper but that's the safest way.

I'm not looking at my feet. So I'll see if that helps. Thanks.

Wow, I thought I took too much Ultram! Hey the good thing about it is, coming off tramadol doesn't take near as long as the other opiates! I've come off of it a dozen times...without doing near as much...I am recently taking about half as much as you are right now. Just come off of them...4 days, it sucks, but you can do it.

Believe it or not, go and get some liquid imodium ad, it has loperamide in it (something like methadone) and chug the bottle! It totally helps with the withdrawals!

whats a good dose of tramadol for someone who has a high natural tolerance to opiates? Without doing any opiates in at least a month it takes aaround 150 mg of hydro or 120mg of oxy to get me where i want. figured this is the place to ask cuz anyone clicking on this has interest/knowledge about tramadol

If you need 120mg of oxycodone to get high then you won't get high from tramadol. 400mg is the maximum daily dose and you shouldn't exceed it because risk of seizure. The OP is taking a lot of anti-seizure medications so that's why he isn't experiencing one. So you can try 400mg but I have doubts you will feel anything. The buzz is different than oxycodone/hydrocodone.

You know what you could do that works for me when im grabbing for more tram for the same high as yesterday ..for example if it take you 5 to get the opiate feeling at the beginning of day, take 2-3. It wont get you the high you want but it IS in your system. Its hard to explain but it Works for me..OR just keep putting them off..like "oh ill take them in a bit" 20 min later.."ill take them soon".. you have to do something important.."damn oh well I have to leave ill take them when I get back" this MIGHT not make sense but im just trying to help bro
