It's been years since I've rolled, but from past experience I came to realize that it's impossible to get ur roll on if you're taking Prozac or Paxil. I first discovered this myself when everyone was rolling except me... So, I stopped the Prozac for 2 days and on the second day with the same exact e pills, I rolled. A few yrs after that, my friend who was on Paxil had gotten a few pills and I told him he had to wait to take them on a day when he hadn't taken Paxil cause he wouldn't roll... Of course, he didn't believe me and took them anyway and was really pissed and shocked when they didn't work!! So, I'm just wondering if anyone knows why Prozac and Paxil block the effects of E???

Because your serotonin levels are already up from the anti-depressants, therefore, there isn't much farther up for them to go, which is what causes the euphoric feeling from ecstacy (large release of serotonin)
Actually I'm pretty sure it's because SSRI's block the serotonin transporter from working.
