What is the most effective way to administer Adderall?

I have been diagnosed with Schizoaffective. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) for over 11 years.

I have been taking:
1 ADDERALL 30MG 10:00 AM (been taking for 1 month)

1 ZYPREXA 10MG 10:00 AM (been taking for 2 months)

1 ADDERALL 30MG 3:00 PM (been on for 1 month)

4 LITHIUM CARBONATE ER 300MG 11:00 PM (been taking for 11 years)

1 ZYPREXA 20MG 11:00 PM (been taking for 2 months)

1 CLONAZEPAM 1MG 12:00 AM (been taking for 4 years)

What is the most effective way to administer my Adderall? I still have Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) and I feel like a zombie I haven't seen my family in years because of the Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) what can I take or do to improve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The best ROA for Adderall is oral (PO)

You probably feel like a zombie because of that Zyprexa. Dilutes the effects of the Adderall because its a Dopamine Antagonist.

For social anxiety you could increase your dose of Clonazepam to 2-4mg. Lyrica is a good option.

The OP is prescribed the clonazepam for sleep I believe, as they are taking it at midnight. Regardless, the dose needs to be up if you've been on 1mg or less for 4 years.

thanks for your advice. I really appreciate it. I just wanted to tackle my medications problems. I feel like I need to raise my Adderall levels from 60MG 90MG I don't have much energy in the beginning I had more energy for a couple days but that quickly subsided. I will ask my psychiatrist about Lyrica and see if she can put me on it. with the Klonopin. I don't feel it at all. It doesn't make me drowsy like taking a sugar pill. Thanks for all your help

I will say its nasty as fuck but ONE time I shot a 30mg xr crushed not filtered (i know dumdum) into my arse. Minus the burn it hit almost instant and kept me awake for a minute. Had a weird Rush to it

And yeah change brands to Barr, cause thats the worst Adderall, in fact its probably why it feels so shitty and weak. Tell your doctor that you need more, switch to Barr, and voila, you get baller ass Adderall and tons of it.

I'm going to suggest it to you in phases. A rush and an upkeep.
Rush is maybe plug, snort, inject or just taking a lot orally with tums in your stomach. Then keep the high going with small dosages to make sure you don't crash.

Adderall increases anxiety in the long term.
