Two Questions About Rolling

So I've only rolled three times about every 2-3 months. The first time off two mollies(I was REALLY messed up), the second off of one of those same mollies(A little uncomfortable, actually. set and setting just weren't quite right) and the third time off of a single tab(That was very enjoyable). I'm going to roll on New Years Eve and was wondering if I could've built up a tolerance even though I don't do it very often. I'm deciding whether I need more than one tab. Right now I only have one. The affects were no weaker on the third time compared to the first(I mean, considering the tab wasn't as high quality and also half the dose) so do you think I've built up a tolerance and need a higher dose?

Also, I was curious about anything people like to bring along with them while rolling. I always bring a pacifier(I'm very prone to jaw clenching and teeth grinding), make sure I have water, good techno, and sometime vicks. But what other objects are fun to have?
 
Take the regular dose, wait to see how you feel and then decide. I doubt you've "lost the magic" already, though it could happen if you keep going at this rate. Tolerance tends to build gradually, with each roll becoming slightly less exciting/intense rather than going from mind-blowing to mild overnight. Maybe roll on NYE and then give it a couple-months' break to be sure?

As for rolling essentials, these are mine:

Upbeat music.
Fruit-flavored gum.
Candy (Pop Rocks, Pez, Gummy Worms).
Friends who are also feeling VERY good on MDMA or some other drug.
Plenty of water (Emergen-C drink mix is AWESOME!)
A little tea or coffee for a nice caffeine boost.
Imodium before to prevent diarrhea/upset stomach.
Essential oils of all varieties--lavender, wintergreen, clary sage...all great to smell when rolling :)

That's about all I can think of.

Does MDMA cause diarrhea/ loosening of the bowels?
