First Time Percocet Dosage

Swim uses vicodin occasionally so he has little to no tolerance to opiates, 20mgs of hydrocodone puts him right where he wants to be so how many mg's would that be translated into percocet strength? Also if anybody thinks that that wouldn't be enough (for his first time) feel free to chime in with your recommended dosage. %)

Two or three Percocet 5's should be good - 10 or 15mg.

Maybe use a narcotic dose converter next time?

Two or three percs would be good for your first time. Snorting them will hit you faster, which is what I usually do, but it's a whole lot of Acetaminophen for a small amount of oxycodone. I'd suggest just eating them or doing a CWE, but insufflation isn't out of the question, just the acetaminophen stays in your nose and gunks it up.

Ha I know right? Anybody who would snort acetaminophen isn't brightest in my book. So as it go's swim just parachuted two 7.5/325 watsons about an hour or so ago with some good ol' merry-jane. He's feeling feeling pretty great right about now, chillin with some trip-hop about to hit his bowl some more and is greedily thinking about taking another one trying to get to "Cloud 9" so to speak.

So good the government should put oxy in the tap water! hahahh no no I joke, I kidd.

One for pain - three for fun was my initial painkiller motto...considering your tolerance level to vicodin. Depending upon the mgs is always the best way to know how many to take with a low tolerance. Sniffing painkillers isn't the best in my opinion cause you waste the meds...

What are you talking about. Sniffing pain killers like oxymorphone and hydromorphone are much better ROA than oral. You waste more taken those orally vs. intranasal.

No, oxycodone has a better oral bioavailability. Same with hydrocodone & morphine.

I find that sniffing pure oxycodone and the like is worth it...but a percocet, I never found any difference. But that was just my experience.

15-20 mg of percoset (oxycodone)...vicoden is hydrocodone..basically simuliar drugs

Sniffing oxycodone is pleasant when you've got some to waste but I'd rather take it orally.
