I'm not too familiar with Flint, but it can't be any worse then Detroit, just don't do any stupid fiend shit and let your guard down, that's generally how people get got, their so desperate to get their fix they'll do anything and let their guard down and shit. Just keep your wits about you, always pay attention to your surroundings and do the things chinky stated and you'll be fine 100 lb white girl or 300 lb white guy :)

Yeah when I first started I was over by chalmers off 94 area and the dude reached in the window tryin to unlock the door to get in the back and I freaked out, popped the car in reverse and blew like a half mile backwards down the street, I bet they were like "damn that white boys crazy" but I wasn't about to get jacked in my boys car, anyway to your later statement you are being preachy and its cool your clean but keep the "get clean" shit to yourself!

your kidding me right? 2am???? if your goin to cop in the hood without a connect at 2am, thats like begging to get robbed..if you knew somebody and they where gonna serve you then thats no problem but at 2am is when the goons and goblins are out..id be willing to bet that at least 75% of the people you run into that late at night on the streets are gonna have pistol on them or somesort of weapon and face it your an easy mark..

they prolly wont kill you but best believe they will take your car, your phone, and purse..or what if you think you found a dboy but its a setup and you cant see if while the one is "servin you" at your window, they singal someone to come up on your passenger side...dont be an idiot if your not coppin til 2am why not just wait a few more hours until the sun comes up???? not to mention thats a primetime to find a dope fiend or crackhead who cant point you in the right direction...seriously wait a few hours then go, you saying your gonna try something that i dont have the balls to do, i mean you even said your new to the area, 2am is not the best time to go sightseeing

Yeah I gotta agree with chinky once again (I swear I'm not a dick rider, you just make excellent points, and most of the things you bring up I agree with!) Anyway he's right this forum is no good if your in recovery, I've been successfully quit, came on my favorite page "Detroit Heroin" ya know just to see how everyone was doin, see how the dope was in the D, and wouldn't you know it after a couple of "reports" on how good shit is I'm back to the hood coppin.
 
I think mattymatt2 was just a one-time poster letting ya'll know what happened to him and to be safe.

@Kalimaisme, I agree with chinky about not trying to cop at 2am. Nothing good is gonna happen at that time in the hood, and if anything is around it is crack, not dope.
 
Places outside the D

Is the D the only place in MI to get hooked up?

I live in Mid-MI and it is way to far to go to the D to hook up. Is there any scene in other cities like Jackson, Lansing, Flint or any of the college cities? I moved to a new location in Mid-MI and know nobody and I can not believe people from Grand Rapids drive to the D or Chi town to hook up. I am not looking for specifics since it is blatantly against the rules, but can someone that doesn't live near Detroit give a report of the scene in their neck of the woods. I just want to know if I should keep looking or just commit to the fact that the place I live now is now conducive to my hobbies and if I want to continue doing them, I must drive to Detroit.

Please give me some help. Thanks
 
Most soon to be junkies drive down here every day or every other day until they are a full on junkie, then they realize that moving to Detroit would be the best idea, then they move to Detroit, Then they move back in with their parents to get clean, then they start the whole process over again until they just live in Detroit always, forever and ever after.

Good luck with that.

Okay, sorry to be snide, Ive just seen it happen so many times. Using Heroin is usually a lifelong commitment or a road of hell, you just dont know it yet.

i live in mid mi to and ther is shit all over dude but atleast 2 or 3 of my dudes take the drive to the d every other day or so to reup cause the shit is way better down ther but ther not just grabbin the shit for themselvs ther in the dope game and buy a lot at one time sell it off and go back but some people get it in saginaw some in flint its all over everyware trust me

For real, stop emailing me asking for hook ups and shit while your at it, they sound so suspicious its ridiculous, anyone who has been doing dope for any kind of time knows how to cop in any area and what to look for. Has these guys been emailing anyone else bugging the fuck out of them or is it just me? Cause its getting a little ridiculous now!

For real I got two different emails and it was supposedly from two different people but they were from the same area and the email addresses were strangely similar, seriously if the guys aren't cops then I'd be surprised. I mean seriously who hooks other people up with connects when you don't know them and have never met them. Even if its just from a "junkie" point of view I'm not introducing anyone I don't trust to my dealer so he can get busted and I have the hassle of trying to find another good connect! Hahahaha

I'm not trying to preach man, I'm just telling you my view. I'm not going to TELL someone how to live their life I'm just putting it out there that you don't ever have to use again if you don't want to. This is a thread about Detroit Heroin and I'm telling my story, this is a free country...AndPigpen1968, your statement is completely false dude. I've met a LOT of people who were straight up junkies since the 60s and are now clean and one guy is even head of the Opiate Treatment Program at Brighton Hospital. And yeah, my story was just a warning for people who may not be experienced in copping dope in the ghettos of Detroit. I', 24 and this is first time getting clean. I was only using heroin for 5 1/2 months, but was doing hydrocodone and oxys for about a year before that. I've been clean 33 days and got rid of my old phone number, lost contact with everyone who was in the H scene and go to NA meetings every day and go to an Intensive Outpatient Program once a week to see my therapist and a 12 step group study every week, so I'm doing alright. Pigpen, it's called living the program one day a time. I'm sure a lot of you know all about Narcotics Anonymous and all that stuff. Be safe out there guys, and ladies.

Hey never sober I'm not sure who you were talking to cause I sure never emailed you and I definately got my own connects up north I don't need anyone elses!!! I'm honestly curious about these drive thrus in flint because I heard its cheaper and I'm living down here anyway and honestly I've never been exposed to this way of buying dope but I did try to drive around flint at 2am to get dope and it didn't work anyway all I got was some crazy crackhead trying to get in my car it scared me so I'm not going to try it again maybe if I'm desperate ill go in the daytime but anywase that was a terrible experience and I hate to say it but I think I went about this the naive dumb way but I ended up going up north and going to my dealer and I know I like my way a lot better I don't have to worry about being robbed only bad thing is I've been partying too much and blew my last n the last four days and the dopes gone already ....I can't believe I have an easier time getting dope up north than I do downstate ha:)

Mattymatt, whatever. I know Brighton, I grew up there, used to go to meeting at that hospital. youve been clean 33 days now but your still here hanging out with junkies. Youve got a lot to learn darlin.

No one has to stay a junky, anyone can get clean at any time, but the stats are not with ya baby. Good luck with being sober and youd probably be best off not hangin out here talkin junk. I truly wish you a sober life, its a grand idea. If I had money Id put it on you scoring dope by summer, and yes that is meant to scare you. Prove me wrong Mattymatt, do it. Hit the tables and stay the fuck outta here if your really clean.

never sober you read thatpost before i deleted it. he sent me pms claiming he knows my name and will be reporting me to the local authorities. dude was paranoid as fuck and said bl was here to entrap drug user and even thaqt alot of ppl here was lawyers so when someone got in trouble theyd get a case.
 
Yeah some are sent to my email, do those come through very often? I'm sure there's a ton of self-righteous assholes out there that love to think their making a difference.
