ok i checked the directory and all it says is how much to take the day after using mdma and a few days after that but it says nothing about a few days before and how much to take on the downbuzz so i was wondering how much i should be taking daily if im using mdma in approx. 10 days to replenish some of my serotonin before using it again and how much i should take on my down buzz i normally take 2-4 pills to get high along with around 2 redoses thoughout the night
 
The #1 important thing to remember when taking 5-htp after a roll, the MDMA must be completely non active in your system, inorder to avoid Serotonin Syndrome.

The week after the roll i was taking one when i wake up and one when i went to bed, and it helped with the depression and the cheese grater brain.

thanks do you know approximatly how long that takes after ingesting it normally
 
i know some people say to take 5-htp in the days before you roll but i find taking any at all before taking mdma weakens the roll significantly. save it all for the come down.

i take 200mg as soon i start to come down.

isnt it supposed to replenish serotonin therefore potentiating the effects though? and someone said its not good to use until all the effects have compeltely diminished because you could develop serotonin syndrome
 
You're not gonna get SS when you're coming down, the intense serotonin release of the MDMA has passed and taking 5-htp will just make you feel less moody/shitty. I take about 100mg a day. Taking it with green tea makes more of it convert in your brain.

Its very possible to get SS if there is still MDMA active in your system, you dont want to take a chance wait at least 8 hours after dropping.

Is there any scientific prof that green tea makes 5-htp convert to serotonin faster/more?
 
No, it isn't really, not in this context. Even just taking MDMA you've gotta take a MASSIVE dose to get SS. Maybe if you're eating a whole bottle of 5-htp...but you're really just fear mongering based on nothing.

And yep.

EGCG is a decarboxylase inhibitor. I believe decarboxylase is what breaks down the 5-htp before it gets to your brain to turn into serotonin.

Add green tea to your DAILY regimen man. Your body will thank you.

It kills bad breath germs, it synergizes with caffeine to burn specifically fat, it stimulates your mind and your body, it fights cancer, etc. :D
