Methadone

fuck dude, i apologise i haven't replied to your pm (and to everyone else who's reading this and i haven't replied). real life has been priority so haven't had the heart and desire to respond to these types of questions, ya feel?

i'll make a point of replying tomorrow, and to others. hows that for a before new years resolution?

Thats weird as. I usually combine 600mg codeine with 2 bars and 240mg DXM and 40-60mg oxy or just replace the oxy and have a whole Jurnista and not be sick. Last nite i had 200mg Morphine and felt the same way as i did when i first over did 30mg oxy.

Ive come to the conclusion, no matter how tolerant u are to xy opies there still mite be a cross tolerance but never assume just becuse u can handle ur usual opies well that u will be fine cos i sure learnt my lesson and was paying for it today :S I felt sick as a dog up til now and had dropped it almost 24h ago. Had to take 7 travel calms and some stomache ache med.
 
i'm pretty partial to morphine.

i have woken up the next day, after excessive IV and plugging, been sick, spewed had another fix and been fine. i've never really had a problem getting sick dosing opiates.
 
Yea i find after vomiting a few times it really helps but i did everythng i could to stop that from happening this time. Had sum codeine n bars today n feel fine:) LOL
 
This is fuked up, My pharmacy put the wrong dose in my xmas takehomes. 10mg more, the labels where written in pen. It didn't ruin xmas day but i spent it a big vague today, i noticed the labels just sitting waiting for my ride to xmas lunch. Then i panicked a little, drug line told me to split dose it , take like 1/2 tommorow if by pm i am hanging out take the other bit more etc. Now remember i am on this already so this is giving you an idea what 10mg can do!!!!. I'ts powefull stuff people die all time on this mixing with other crap. I'm a low doser so 10mg more is alot to me, in the end i just chose to go with it ride it kind of enjoy it, but the Nausea ohharrrrr was bit OTT trying to sit in the family car without barfing, but it freaks me when i sleep on higher doses breathing and all. Well tomorrow it will just accumulate in my system for 4days till i can get back when they re open. Should i tell them?, hey you screwed up???, man that stuff tasted vile i could hardly keep it down this morning compared to my normal small dose, How on earth they stuffed it up i will never know it's written on the script. Oh i didnt have any xmas drink to play it safe, not that i actually needed relaxing.

Morphine or methadone?, how much? blacked out well don't be doing that esp if nobody around. 8o8o8o. Yes Morphine makes me bit nauseated, all opiates do, was it tablet? or Intramuscular IV?.
 
^ I would be honest. When you are on the program, it's usually best to be honest with your prescribing doctor and with your host pharmacy, and form a good relationship with them.

There is cross-tolerance between opioids, but not 100%. This is due to their different binding profiles, and switching between them you can experience side effects that you perhaps thought you had built a tolerance to.

Glad you had a good day yesterday though. :)

Cant remember my past few days, ive been on opies 2 weeks straight now LOL
Had codeine + DXM + bars for weeks straights then had the same cept added half a diluadid. Had morphine on Friday and back to usual from Sat. They were grey tablets like these:

i generally dont suffer too much nausea from opiates but i was extremely sick after dosing 100mg of liquid tramadol in colombia recently. I actually found the high quite pleasant after the nausea subsided which was a surprise considering its a rubbish opiate. I hadn't had anything decent for a while so I guess that's why. Interestingly you can get 500/30mg codeine and any kind of tramadol pills OTC in Colombia no questions asked.
I have heard most people find methadone fairly unpleasant. Why? I find most opiate, especially h really easy on the body compared to other drugs, hence why it's so easy to get carried away with them. Im guessing methadone is quite nauseating and causes pretty heavy lethagy. I've also heard weight gain is a pretty common side effect.

Pop quiz; what would everyone prefer given the choice of morphine or oxy? Morphine was my first opiate experience and I didn't really enjoy it at all because I dosed far to much, I have thoroughly enjoyed oxy's on a few occasions though. But you can't go past some top quality heroin. I had some absolutely phenomenal tar in Colombia, the word that comes to mind is 'delicious'.

I lost 25kg thanks to the Methadone Diet. 85kg down to 62... and it's remained stable at around 62-65 ever since.

Also note, that all the weight i lost was actually weight gained during a rather large GABAergics bender of a few years, I'm not generally a heavy set guy. The weight loss is probably the only good thing to come from my use of methadone.
 
Patients on methadone have been known to gain weight. A representative of the methadone program told me that this can usually happen as people on maintenance start to eat better and gain weight they lost whilst they were using other opioids.

I prefer morphine. Reason why is i luv Codeine to begin with. As u know Codeine>Morphine>Heroin. All in the same league except one is more powerful than the other. I prefer the Sedative effects of them instead of the speediness that oxycodone has to offer. I still enjoy codeine over all of the others. I also like hydromorphone which is very pleasant. If i had to rank itd be Heroin then Codeine then Hydro then morphine.
 
Sorry I didnt read the entire thread but my takehomes are never watered down and ive been to 2 clinics, 1 pharmacy and recieved random doses(on holidays, in mental ward etc) from other pharmacies and apart from getting different bottles and the cherry flavoured methadone(The disgusting flavoured, thick shit with more additives that junkies call "caramel" This would be what rots your teeth and is much worse to inject) at one pharmacy and Bio-Done Forte(the red one with no flavour and seems like just methadone, water and food colouring) from all the other pharmacies/clinics ive been to. And my bottles are always sealed, they have to be to ensure they are sterile and untouched, theres a little foil circle on the top of the bottle. Just like the top of an orange juice bottle. I have never got a takehome without the little peel-off circle under the lid of the bottle. Its almost definitely been adulterated if that has been peeled off.
 
^I live in adelaide, pickup from chemist, all they do is grabs one of those little plastic bottles, squirts my dose straight from the big bottle of biodone into it, then squirts some spring water into the bottle, puts the cap on and gives it to me.

So not all places give sealed takehomes, and it is possible to buy watered down unsealed 'done from someone who is actually legit.. Anyways just wanted to point out that not every place gives out methadone how person above me is saying.

Feels very pleasant and smooth but less speedy compared to pill version of oc. Tastes very nice, oh boy hehehe Happy NYE everyone:)
 
Does anyone know if Oxynorm is the name of the oxycodone preparation that is very fine white powder containing oxycodone inside a capsule. Forget the dose. I came across some of these a couple years ago and i forgot the name of the pills, but i seen them come out of the blisterpacks and box, so i know it was legit..

Perhaps this brandname is the same preparation i'm thinking of.

Also yeah sustanon man why would it be any different, just oxycodone in liquid. Absorb faster thats it.
