Haven't you ever played rising shotgun with a zoot? Or played the chokey game? I'm pretty sure they are just making a joke out of the chocking thing!
I just think the bit at the end when they are all fitting is just so jokes, and they are on something for sure because their pupils are discs!

The GoodNeighbor comedy sketch group is actually very talented, and have some high quality material on their YouTube channel. I seriously urge you all to smoke some marijuana (for best appreciation of humor) and watch their repertoire of comedic film shorts.

Apparently I'm not the only one that liked them, either, because they've recently become quite popular, and are doing work with other respected actors / comedians.
