i really havent listened to enough JJJ this year...

Pendulum - Witchcraft - I originally wanted The Island Part 2, but i wasnt going to put a manual entry in, there is no fricken point...
Little Red - Rock It - If this song isnt the top aussie song of the year i will be suprised...
LCD Soundsystem - I Can Change - It was an awesome album, and it was hard to pick a fave, but this is it
Kele - Everything You Wanted - I love Bloc Party, and i didnt mind Kele's solo album, Tenderoni is a top track, but i really like this one more, due to fact he just sings a lot more in it.
Interpol - Barricade - It took me ages to fall in love with this interpol album, it has that classic interpol sound in Paul Banks voice and i cant fuckin wait to see them in 2 weeks
Birds Of Tokyo - Circles - its always the softer birds song i like...
Florence & The Machine/Dizzee Rascal - You've Got The Dirtee Love {Live} - i love a good mash up, i remember the first time i heard this it blew me away.
Underworld - Always Loved A Film - the old fucks strike again, i constantly listen to this
Ou Est Le Swimming Pool - Jackson's Last Stand - i didnt fuckin mean to vote for this, the site is fucked, everytime i choose a song it choose the one before/after it... fuckin stupid site. i obviously wanted "dance the way i feel", it was such a good song to turn up and drive too.
Chemical Brothers, The - Escape Velocity - my number 1 by a fuckin mile, i have always loved the chemical brothers, and this album just was fuckin awesome (i know a lot of people dont agree with that), and this track, i think i was on the train when i first listened to it... all near 12 minutes of it... i then listened to it straight away again... i just close my eyes and it takes me on a fuckin trip everytime and i love it!

I got so use to watching the hottest 100 at the big day out on Australia day, then they took the Australia Day BDO off Sydney, so i got use to getting shitfaced somewhere and listening to it... Now im going to have to go check into the main arena to check whats doing!!!

I would say the same about Dance The Way I Feel! That song makes me feel like putting a fork in my eye to transfer the pain out of my brain.

As always the best songs in my opinion either won't rate or come in spread close to either side of 50. IMHO the best thing out this year was Belus by Burzum but that definitely isn't for everyone.

The smart money for #1 (or the very least top 3) would A&J Stone. Ou Est Le Swimming Pool would be a solid chance for top 5 and I can definitely see Little Red making an appearance in the 10

...and when Angus and Juila Stones are interviewed they will thank their cat and some random fish they seen that one time

Love that Jezabels track! That's in my top 10 fo shizzle. I've got my shortlist down to 11, just need to ditch one more track tomorrow. The last one is always the hardest.

-green day = epic fail
- children collide = epic

if you had listened to children collides albums or seen their shows you would understand why they are nothing like greenday. Everything about the is incomparable, except they're a three piece. Best live show going around australia.
