everyone starts somewhere

when i first had caffeine the rush was like something else ( i never drank coffee )

now i feel like i cant fully feel awake without my 32 oz monster

anyway to beat the caffiene addiction...i feel i already do enough dumb shit to

my body why make it suffer more

even after 1 week being off you're not back to normal?

and i wish i could get this caffeine buzz everyone talks about. energy drinks don't do crap for me =/

i havent stopped

the caffiene buzz was like a 2 time thing

the fucking crash is heavy though when you fuck with alot of caffiene in the daytime though

just stop using it for awhile, or try going on a piracetam regimen for 4-6 weeks. worked for me.

As for getting the nice buzz back, piracetam helps with that, as it seems to potentiate all stimulants. For me, 3 grams of piracetam and 200 mg of caffeine is a nice buzz. I've never heard of using piracetam to beat the addiction, although you could use it with half your normal dose of caffeine to get a similar awake feeling, while lowering your tolerance/dependance to the actual drug. I know the feeling though. Each week, I end up buying more amps, rockstars, and full throttles than the week before, and those things aren't cheap. I'm thinking of buying caffeine powder and making my own energy drinks for cheap.

Does the guarana actually do much in those drinks? I've always been under the impression that the caffeine is responsible for the vast majority of the effects, as caffeine free "energy drinks" have never done anything for me. But I could be mistaken. I've always been curious if all the other chemicals they print all over the bottles are for marketing purposes or for real reasons.
