Lucy in the flesh?

i had an experience in the mid 90's that was absolutely earth shattering to me. i will describe it, please read and help me with this.

a friend of mine had two tabs of Lucy that was as i remember "a fast moving shipment from san fran". whatever was on this paper was extremely potent. the paper was not marked or perforated. the paper was as thin as normal printer paper. the piece that i got was about 1/16" by 1/8", very small. as soon as it touched my tongue there was an electric feel, a distinct buzzing sensation that eventually filled my entire mouth. at about 45 minutes, that buzzing sensation was whirring through my entire body, like i was being retuned within my energy field, harmonized. it was pure ecstasy. i had sensations of flying and believed that my brain was a God. my vision was enhanced far beyond anything that i can describe in words, it was super-dimensional, angles within angles between objects. my hearing was amped up as well, could hear bugs on the ground, so i thought. The afterglow of this experience lasted for several months leaving me feeling mentally cleansed and spiritually recharged.

everything that i've tried prior and since has not even come close...

my question is: was this pure Lucy or likely something else? its been haunting me for some 15 years. thanks for your kindness and help.

peace, light, and love!

please read the rules. nobody can tell you that.

after that is said - it probably was. statistically speaking it is improbable that it was anything else.

The first time I took LSD I had the most powerful +4 trip I've ever experienced. I completely left reality and everything looked like an oil painting. I was convinced that my brain had become a canvas and that Van Gogh was in my head painting a constantly moving picture on it. I've never been able to recreate anything close to that, that is why +4 trips are so special. I've taken LSD about 40 times since then and have never tripped quite as hard, even when taking 8 or more hits. Some trips are just beyond magical, you can't expect them all to be that way.

Not much else would fit on such a small blotter. The electric feel in the mouth also sounds like LSD.

But as said there is no way to determine this now for sure. Great that you had such a great opportunity of an experience but what exactly is the point of this thread?
These 2 posters above me answered sufficiently.

This.

I also had a VERY intense LSD experience the first time I took it. Complete with ego death, the destruction of language (I couldn't understand or speak English for a period of time during the trip during the peak), and it was a very spiritual trip.

All of this from one geltab in the late 90s that was very strong. It sounds like you just got a dose of very strong LSD but like others have said there's no way we can be sure.

I did not have an out of body experience during the trip, but there were times where it was like I was observing myself tripping from another perspective but it wasn't like your classic OBE when I've had those in dreams.

You'll get there again, definitely. You just have to take enough.

Every trip is unique, but you can have equally powerful experiences consistently with proper dosage, set, and setting.

more specifically

okay guys, i feel the need to be more specific in the way i'm presenting my inquiry here. forget about the amazing trip that i described. everyone here has had amazing trips on many different chemicals. my question specifically is this: has anyone here ever placed a tab of paper/blotter on their tongue and felt a fizzle sensation on the tongue? no taste, just a fizzle/buzzing sensation.

I'm convinced that whatever it was, this fizzle on the tongue sensation was a signature of that chemical. if anyone knows of a substance that can be placed on a VERY small medium that is both active and causes this fizzle on the tongue, then please speak up.

anyone desiring to respond that has not experienced what i speak of, can not contribute properly. i'm looking for people who know what i'm talking about and i'm asking only them if they know of anything specific besides lsd that causes such a sensation in the mouth.

otherwise i will have to assume that it was extremely pure LSD. thanks guys and girls :)

again, this was before the rise of the internet RC vendors...

I would not be surprised if an extremely large amount of LSD, which surely could be placed on that small of a paper, might interact with the neurons of your tongue/mouth tissue... if it interacts with nerve tissue in your brain I see no reason why it might not interact with the nerves on your tongue in sufficiently high concentration.

neuronal interaction at the nerve endings sounds like a plausible theory. thanks for sharing this. what i think is really worthy of noting about the experience is that, believe it or not, it felt like it could have gone much much higher. as in, it felt as though the dose that i had was that of a very pure chemical, but very much in the psycholitic range (i.e. 150 mics or less, assuming lsd). i say that because i didn't experience anywhere near an ego death like the one i experienced once on a high dose of mushrooms.

there were close analogues developed later by Hoffman, one being the well known ald-52. i think most of the analogues require lsd-25 as the starting material for synthesis which makes me doubt that what i had was an analogue - too much extra work and room for error.

i recall the feeling was as if the chemical was basically digging its way into my mouth tissues. it wasn't just sneaking in unnoticed as most chemicals do, no, it made an entrance with its own resounding marching band, a preamble to the wonderful experience to come - simply amazing!

Stop tryin to chase the Dragon dude! you'll never catch it!

nonsense! obtaining real pure LSD-25 is relative to a person's level of financial net worth, sad but true. do you think Trump could have it made if he wanted it? that is a rhetorical question BTW...
