Opioids MMT and using and IV MS-Contin prep

Im really sorry this is long guys. And I apologise that ive asked similar questions but this is much more specific. Please dont shut it until I get at least one reply coz im not breaking any rules to my knowledge.

Ok ive been on MMT for 2 years, 80mg a day but sometimes I have a day off and have a shot later in the day that I missed the dose and usually its ok to good but I need at least 1/2g which really sucks plus I dont know what the purity is(although I know H purity in Aus is fairly high).

Now ive come across 30mg MS-contins and the first question is(and I used to remember it but forgot) how can I prep these the safest way? I do use mic filters so I was thinking of nuking the pill(how long for?) then doing the 3ml per pill, whole cotton bud, draw up, put through mic filter and then done. Unless someone finds/uses a better procedure then how can I reduce the amount of water after everything is done to something I can put in a syringe? Slow evaporation? Anyway if you can find a beter method or you use one id be so greatful.

Second Q....If you are on methadone, how much meth are you on and how much do you use when you do use, do you take any days off and if you do take days off does it make much of a difference? How long should I wait? Im just curious coz im going to do 300mg of morphine IV in the later afternoon the day after I dose last. So it will be about 34 hours after my last dose.

I am not on methadone, have never IV'd MS Contin, but I'll interject where I think I might have something to add.

Unless the MS Contin simply doesn't dissolve in cold water after crushing into powder, then I wouldn't nuke it. I would just agitate the crushed pill powder in solution, adding water if necessary, until it's not too viscous to make it through the micron filter.

After micron filtering, you can evaporate off the extra water.

Or you can just go to your local exchange, get a luer lock set up and the right gauge needles so you can IV as much solution as you need to in one shot. This way you don't have to evaporate off the extra water.
