i think oxymorphine is more euphoric and lasts longer than fentanyl, but as far as painkilling effects fentanyl is a lot stronger.

but if Opana works best for her then thats a good thing as shes found a effective treatment thats really safer than fentanyl.

imo oxy is about as euphoric, but not even as close in terms of other opioid effects(pain relief, sedation, etc). fentanyl is considered one of the most potent opioids ever.

oxy is dosed in milligrams while fentanyl is dosed in the micrograms and in order to get fentanyl you usually have to be literally dying.

NO, oxy has a stronger high then fent....

I have severe chronic pain. I got fentanyl patches for my back. Their not that impressive but they're good to stave off WD. I prefer opana because when taken orally it provides no buzz at all just pain relief. But if you snort it you can get high as fuck. It's the best of both worlds. Fentantyl was hardly sedating and just gave me a gnarly headache.

The fentanyl patch was designed for people on their death beds. It is commonly used in pain clinics and suprisingly easy to get.

I am in serious agony every day of my life. I get by on less than my rxed dose. I tapered my opana down so I could take it as needed. I don't want to be "dependant" and I am dropping my tolerance right now. I have posted all over the site about what's wrong with me but basically I have bulging discs all the way down my neck herniated discs in my lumbar spine. Osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, scholiosis in the cervical spine and lumbar spine and discs collapsing on eachother... Fucked up nerves... I probably left some shit out. haha

I opted to not be on fentanyl and prefer Opana for pain. Opana is not "euphoric" unless you make it that way. That is why I like it. I also get roxi's for BT pain.

With my taper if I feel serious pain coming on I snort an Opana. Nasally it works better and still lasts a long time.

Pay attention oxy has a stronger high then fent. not saying fent isnt better at killing pain.... because if fent got you blasted every time like oxy it would be as common as oxy.
 
Fentanyl isn't as common as oxycodone because its rarely prescribed due to its very strong and only for severe chronic pain. Oxycodone is a step down and prescribed more often because the pain doesn't have to be severe to get it. Therefor its easier to get and land on the street for maximum $

It's around as often as a Dr. writes a script for it, which they do far less often BECAUSE IT'S TO FUCKING STRONG. You are entitled to your own opinions, you are NOT entitled to your own facts.

I never had to stick anything up my ass to acheive the high I wanted. I stuck medication up my ass to get a stronger rush. My choice, but hey atleast I know what drugs to use at what dose and what ROA to acheive a perfect high.

But hey, you're the one running around saying hydrocodone is stronger than oxycodone and fentanyl is weaker than percocet. You are a fucking moron, so your opinion does not matter.

mg for mg, the strongest opioid is carfentanil.
But, as said, that's only for immobilizing large animals. for realz. the strongest shit that's meant for humans (and i'm talking about medically, i know about 3-methylfentanyl and other fent analogs) is sufentanil. I had it in an IV to go under during surgery once. They pushed rather slow, but I still remember thinking "Jesus Christ what a rush" before getting knocked the fuck out. STRONG shit.
 
and hippie-I'm not going to try to be dickly about this, but fent is way way way way way way way stronger than oxycodone. If someone without a tolerance licked an entire 200 microgram Actiq (equivalent to 20 mg of morphine) they would be throwing up all over the place.
 
Hippie your advice could get someone killed. On a mg to mg basic, fentanyl is ridiculously more potent than oxycodone.. And Vicoden, lortab, and norco are all the same drug.. hydrocodone. Percocet, roxi, OC, oxy, are all the same drug as well.. oxycodone. You need to brush up on your facts and stop spreading mis-information.

And why do you need to be a critic of plugging? You clearly have very limited understanding of the proper techniques, why/how it works, and the IMMENSE benefit you can achieve by utilizing this route of administration. It isn't gay to administer a small amount of liquid up your asshole. I fucking can't stand people who knock plugging when they have no idea the benefits, and are just homophobes.. I'm sure you like to smoke your OC, too. 8)

I probably shouldn't even have wasted my breath in saying this, but sometimes this shit just really pisses me off. FEDIiYoiFCUK! :p :(
