I want to bulk up this winter for the coming spring and summer, which is the best supplement to use with a work out routine to add more definition to muscle or make muscle mass greater? I prefer something I could purchase at a GNC or Wal Mart.
Here is some information on me I'm 20 years old, 5'9 and about 155 pounds.
I run daily on my treadmill 2 miles or more.
I also weight lift alot but Im looking for more definition and well to become more bigger.

I'll makes this short and simple since you gave us nothing to work with IE, your diet used, the exercises you use, your daily caloric intake, whom much protein are you ingesting per meal?, I would day at your weight 300mg per day divided over the course into 6 meals, a day. I know it sounds like a lot but once you get the metabolism health you will remain hungry(and on a side note you should be going to the bathroom once per day, for every meal you eat, I suggest getting semi clean, as you sound as though you could be all muscle with a runners metabolism. And ]ith that you will burn calories, which you don't want to do
You don't need cardio daily when putting on size, while in the process of dropping cardio to maybe once a week, or else anything more it may trick you body in to believe its malnourished makes the body become cannibalistic , feeding off its own stores of nutrients in the muscle, and we need our saved energy resources in or muscles in case of emergencies. Th rest you build up with food, you need calories to gain muscle, and lots of them. And you wont get 700 calories ed easting healthy, you try to eat as much high protein clean foods, and it will be impossible, you will need the help of big macs, and chicken nuggets and pizza, I say do try and eat the most clean cakoried you can per day and when i can't any more, thats when pizza and ice cream fall into play. Your looking to bulk up not stay lean, trust mean you most likely have a great metabolism to begin with, and another thing with great BB's they have outstanding genetic make up, ur bulking up here and we arent going to add too much weight to you in the process
So, hers what you do finally
-kill the cardio to once a week
-get your meals adjusted and ready to go, be prepared to eat evry e-4 hrs bring something in a box and eat out of that if necessary
-Id like for you to tell me, what you do in the gym on a weekly basis set and weight wise
-how much sleep your getting at night
-last but not least to see where we are in terms of how well ur body is preforming, and ask your doc for a doc for blood work, if you have insurance and can pay for it. You tell the doc, ur lethargic and nasty out of the blue, cant maintain a solid erection, and your libido and interest in women aren't what it used to be., and ask for a testosterone panel, you just aren't feeling the way you should, and resist anti depressants at all costs if they are pushed on you, that's my own opinion, and when you get your test score come back they are 200-800mg/dl which is your free testosterone,if you have insurance that's fantastic, as a bottle of either Watson, Cypionate
Paddock-Cypionate
Sandoz-cypionate and make sure they give you a 10ml, bottle, not a 5ml of enanthate, or Delatestryl.
Just keep this though in your head, eat more even ate night, drink a gallon of water a day and running for long distances will make yourmuscle stringy, you want nice solid packed arms, and I think within a good 6months time, when the summer is back, you went from that 155lb guy, to that 195lb of beef. Dunno what your plans are for steroids, but if you do have them, I would like to see you create ur own cycle, to see if you know what your talking about.
