4-aco-dmt siezures?

Can't tell you much about it but I have also heard several times of people having seizures on mushrooms for what it's worth.

When I did 65mg I had very minor brainzaps during the latter half of the trip. Incidentally this happened while trying to fall asleep, not sure if there is any correlation. The brainzaps felt almost like flipping a light switch in my brain: a clicking noise or snap, would be accompanied by a bright flash like sensation. This was fairly unpleasant so I decided to get out of bed and let the effects of the drug subside further befor attempting sleep again. Not sure if this is anything like a seizure though. I have experienced brainzaps before after heavy mdma use, and they were much more severe than this.

I experienced a dissorienting, electric sensation at one point on 17.5mg of 4-AcO-DMT - was walking, just calmed myself down after nearly getting lost 2 blocks from my appartment ("well, i know how to get back, right?" and then i look back, and beyond a few buildings, the road just kinda melted away - then i got to the road i thought i'd passed, and calmed down).... it felt like a very brief discontinuity or perspective shift, followed by a subtle wave that moved across my field of vision, and had an almost electric feel to it. Was rather disconcerting.

I have not experienced anything similar on other drugs.

I was on 4-AcO-DMT and at an unannounced instant I felt really lightheaded, brain rattled for a moment and I decided to sit down and relax for a short bit, but it felt more like an intense rush or even a short DMT flash because also accompanied by it was a large shift in intensity of the trip for about 2 minutes. I just dropped to the ground and relaxed for a moment and re grounded myself... lol a bit odd though as I've never just collapsed before on a drug from loosing my equilibrium that quickly.

I have also experienced little electric shocks as my friend has as well. I wonder what causes that and also I vaguely remember this being a side effect of some other things like mushrooms as well... I wonder...

hahah I get all of that on oral dmt! its really not dance friendly and the immediate perspective change, confusion, vertigo, and halu all at once can be a bit off-putting.

I find myself most enjoying laying down, letting my mind relax and enjoying the intensity of the closed eye visuals which seem most effective when im not focused on them.

I dont get much vertigo and confusion like that from mushrooms.

I've only ever had one seizure and it was on 4-AcO-DMT. It's discussed here: http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=529570&page=4

I have not taken any psychedelics since this happened (but I plan to take mescaline in April)

interesting thread i still need to investigate a bit more as im not quite sure what constitutes a siezure. Were you alone and if not what was observed? was this the result of your come up or come down and have you considered trying it again? what were your vitals like and did you consume alcohol? i have to wonder because even on a drug like coke on a come down loud sounds and flashy lights tend to make me want to not be around them.. maybe you fell asleep? anyway try to think back and share as much as you can as I am very intereste in establishing some possibilities here..

Anxiety attacks, especially while on a psychedelic can be construed to being a seizure. just fyi

However, they do still happen on a variety of drugs for many different reason, possibly relations to consumption or just from the side effects of consuming the drug, such as low blood sugar or low sodium levels (from a lack of eating, over exertion of the body, etc. Its not to farafetched at raves or parties, or even if you choose not to eating anything that day)
