High dose valium (please anyone answer ASAP)

anyway you got it abotu right.

so im in detoix now and they have me on .5 clonopolin twice a day to start and i go back to the doctor as needed to up my dose.
I went in really high yesterday tripping and couldnt talk (booz,valium,weed) then when i came down they took me to the pharmacyh and i couldnt control myslef (addiction hurts) i stole a bottle of delsym time release DXM 420mg then iu crashed that night. i took my clonazepam atnight then crashed and woke jkinda sick and craving at 6am and dowened the bottle of syrup, then went back to sleep. then woke at 11 kinda high on dm but then clonazepam they gave me in the moring mellowed me out and the dm seems to help me with the withdrawkll so far.
So this is only day 2 detoxing. sorry to sorta spill my life story on you guys i just need some hepl threw this shit with anyone experrienced in stuff like this, like harm reduction stuff.

when you thihkn my withdrawls will start too kick in and what about that DXM i dont knwo what i was thinkin i just couldnt control myself.

Wow, wish I could have gone on BL while in DT. And given k-pins? Doesn't sound to bad, keep us posted. Probably been "Live from Treatment" posts before, but I don't remember them.

Dudes who are saying there is "no way a med professional will make him CT" could be wrong.

3 weeks is not that long to have been on a Benzo...Valium is by no means the strongest benzo out there.

I doubt withdrawal will be any worse then 3-4 sleepless nights and maybe 10 days total of feelin shitty.

I had to CT from a 30mg per day of temazepam prescribed by the doc for 8 months (but I was actually taking 6mg alprazolam or 150-210mg of temazepam whichever I had daily for about a month and a half becuase i piled a fuckload up).

started an IOP program, and told him I was doubling and sometimes tripling doses (which still was an understatement obviously) and he said it did not warrant a taper. He gave me trazadone for sleep and sent me on my way. I decided to say fuck it and honestly going CT was not bad at all. In retrospect it was nothing like the benzo hell pepole who have been on them for a year or more describe.

I was just shakey, no appetite, and had insomnia. The first 4 days were teh worst and ever day got better. By day 10 I was 90%. I was able to watch TV and get my mind off it, it was nothing like oxy or heroin withdrawal as far as severity.

My point is, if he was prescribed 30-40mg a day and has only been on 3 weeks, I doubt he will get too much help along the lines of a taper. The chances of seizure is very small at that dose for such a short period of time.
 
An individual's seizure threshold is subjective. Not every human being is the same (their likelyhood to experience seizures, their metabolism etc.).

BUT WHY DO YOU TAKE VYNANSE AND VALUIM?
 
Oh yes - Large doses of Benzos are as safe as CNS depressants can possibly be :)
But when combined with Ethanol or Opiates, it's a whole different matter. You can go from fine to stopping breathing rather abruptly.
 
70mg wont kill you, but make sure you pass out in a position where you can breathe easily. It probably will do a small amount of damage to your memory at that type of dose. I've taken far FAR more in xanax and klonopin equivalences and just was out of it for a few days and slept beautifully.
