skinny but cant see my veins

im only 5'4 and 115 and only switched to shooting H the last couple weeks. ive been alternateing between 4 veins, two on each arm at the crook of the elbow. but the last couple days i cant see the veins well enough to hit and when i try searching in the area even when i think im in bo blood is registering. what could be wrong this quickly? and hwhat should i do to find a good vein? what are bad spots i shouldnt use?

you need to shoot in veins that are in the 3 main spots on your arn........look at where your arm bends it should look like a heart. I always shot in the vein going up my arm...its hard to explain...I called it the heart
 
you probably can't see your veins for a variety of reasons.

being a female myself i know how hard it is to hit, especially if it's cold outside and you are dehydrated.

try tieing off. try warm moist heat. try running in place. push-ups aren't a bad idea.

if you are already having problems hitting yourself, maybe it's a good idea not to continue with this path. you already know where it's going to lead you. it's not like there's a light at the end of this tunnel.

Sure there is. But it just means you're about to get run over by a train. If you have trouble finding a vein already it will only get worse.
