Jaundice is always a serious symptom when it occurs in association with drug use, all-the-more-so with the use of lesser-known drugs that may possess unknown side effects and contraindications. So any insight as to what may possibly explain the combination of jaundice and the other symptoms I've recalled experiencing, other than toxic hepatitis, would be beneficial for the my own future reference. And linking this experience to others would have further value as a point of reference for others who may experience -- or, on account of specific contraindications unbeknownst to them, may risk experiencing -- these symptoms during their own use of MDPV.
Jaundice is actually fairly rare in people without a pre-existing liver condition or gall stones, bilirubin levels (bilirubin is a pigment made from breaking down red blood cells and processed in your liver - and the cause of jaundice when it builds up) have to get pretty high before you can actually see the yellow discolouration. Best place to look for it is in your eyes (the white bits) as it is often pretty tricky to see in skin unless you are very fair. I always feel like my skin is generally manky and definitely not looking quite normal after stims, so I would hazard a guess that you weren't actually jaundiced at all.. plus the PV paranoia at the end of a sesh makes thinking clearly about things a little tricky sometimes! However if people are commenting and you are genuinely concerned then a simple blood test would tell you if you are medically jaundiced or not and what your liver function is like, and you could also get your anaemia checked out too. If it turns out you are jaundiced, can address how and why at that point! If you don't fancy mentioning the pv to a doc then you don't have to, just tell them about the jaundice and suspected anaemia and I'm sure they will run some tests for you. If anything comes up as abnormal you can tell them then. Good luck!
