lol, seroquel is way more sedating than xanax(and benzos in general).

funny story of how i first experienced seroquel- a chick gave two 100mg pills(200mg as well) and i saw "seroquel" imprinted on the pills and heard of it being abused by prison inmates by snorting them and lying to get them and it was a strong downer(i thought it was some sort of GABAergic, i didn't know it was a powerful antipsychotic :|) so i went home and crushed the two pills up and made a few lines.

i railed it and i quickly started to feel a bit out of it and thought i soon was going to be jolly and fucked up. as minutes passed i got extremely sleepy and was just lying on my bed not wanting to do anything and soon went to sleep untill the next day(i snorted them at around 8:00pm i think).

the next day i looked it up and turns out that its an antipsychotic and isn't a recreational drug. i asked the girl why she gave me these pills and she says she takes them when she crashes off ecstacy and said she finds them "kinda fun"(she wasn't a very bright girl).

i definately leaped before i looked... :\
 
From wat i heard..seroquel has no recreational value...it makes u go brain dead n shyt...but im not sure...if thats tru i wouldnt rlly call it a high...but to sleep i guess i can kinda c it haha..but idk watever fukks u up:)

What withdrawel sympton's are there if any after stopping from 2 month's use?
 
i am prescribed 50 mg a night for sleep and i have no side effects what soever. i have isomnia and seroquel is the only thing i have ever taken that has helped me and i have bee precribed numerous things. its fantastic i dont get nightmares like most sleep meds give me. i wake up refreshed in the morning not drowsy its great. to me it has been a miricaul drug for sleep. love it:)
