Snorting while congested

This is a very simple question:

I'm really congested right now, and thus it's kind of hard to breathe in through my nostrils. I still really want to do some cocaine right now, but i'm concerned that I won't be able to absorb due to it not going far enough up my nose.

Can anyone tell me how far up your nose the cocaine has to go for it to be absorbed into the mucus membranes? Thanks

What i've done for other insufflations and has worked is just blowing your nose beforehand. I always use one nostril, so just blow out that one nostril as much as possible, and snif right after. Then don't blow out that nostril (or sneeze) until you're feeling your peak.
 
Try rinsing with warm, salty water (table salt is fine). Hold your head back anf try to "soak". If you have some nasal spray shove a load of that up there as well (I find Sudafed spray is best) It may sting or make you sneeze depending on the state of your nose but if you leave it for a couple of minutes then blow your nose it should clear even if only for long enough to get some up there. If you really can't get hold of some nasal spray, sinus/nose masage can help and also steam inhalation would probably clear you for long enough (hot water, not boiling, in a bowl or saucepan. Add eucalyptus or menthol if you have it. Breathe the steam in through your nose, it might be hard at first, maybe put a towel over your head as well to maximise steam).

Funny thing, my nose is clear but very painful and infected so snorting out for me :-(

honestly, unless you're at the point where you can tell your whole sinuses/face are stuffy and 1/2 gram lines aren't affecting you after a couple days awake w/out stopping, i think just doing a little bit first usually burns a path to the nasal membranes for future lines

(there is no science or anything involved with this answer)
 
So i just blew my nose a shitload first and then immediately did some, seemed to work okay. Sadly since i've been snorting a LOT recently my nose has been really sore and kind of painful, it sucks.

P.S. if you're plugging drugs it means yur gay, bruv ;)
 
my nose is usually fucked after a night of coke. i usually am stuffed up but ill take a small bump and pour it in my nose and sniff hard so it goes in as much as possible. then after about 5 mins my nose will clear up and im ready to do more cocaine!!!!!

this is exactly what i was talking about in my first post. it always seemed to work
 
Plug both your ears with your thumbs, and use your pinky to plug one nostril, this will give you maximum blowing power.
 
I bought a pack of 'Breathe Right Nasal Strips' to use instead of nose spray every couple hours. It works like a charm! I actually quit using nose spray altogether after about a week of using the strips at night. It opens your nasal passageways enough so that blowing your nose will actually unclog it.
 
The best thing I have ever used are the Vicks Vapo Inhalers. Their awesome! They only work temporarily, but they'll do the job when you're trying to clear your nose for a second or two
 
God, I used to think cocaine was cool.

You boys with your Lemsips, bowls of steamy water, sticking your fingers in your ears are ruining the glamour somewhat!

Oh, and just to be vaguely useful, a small line used to sort out my nostrils if they were clogged.
 
Get a netti pot. And table salt is NOT fine as it is iodized - it'll irritate your nose even more. IIRC you want sea salt.
