Coming across Opana ER 30mg

Its been a year since i had a 15mg opana. This would be my second privilege to indulge in the great oxymorphone.

I'm picking up ten of them on Tuesday night. Now I don't do opiates daily but drink PPT on a weekly basis. Haven't had pills in 4 months except for last week. which was about 80mg hydro which was very very disappointing.

question is how much does one 30mg ER opana nasally compare to hydro?
I checked conversion chart but that's for oral. Also everyone has
different opinions on how strong it is?

The jury is still out on that one, to put it charitably. While there are minuscule amounts of silica in Opana ERs, one would have to snort a pretty large quantity for a pretty long time before silicosis became an issue. (Hell, I'd go so far as to say that if you are snorting that much Opana, mesothelioma is the LEAST of your worries).

I would be a lot more worried about oxymorphone - a powerful and highly addictive opiate which can kill you if you overindulge - than about the microcrystalline cellulose, silica and other inactive ingredients.

Who would know if snorting 30mg Opana isn't equal to snorting 30mg of oxymorphone HCl? Nasal BA of oxymorphone is ~40%, Oral BA of hydrocodone is ~80%; oxymorphone is ~20x potency of hydrocodone. Do your math, it's pretty easy with such numbers.

id say from experience is about 2-1 to 2.5-1.... for example if you have an Opana 30 i would say intranasal it = about 60MG of OXY... this is a rough estimate but from experience thats waht it is for me anyway.

This! I always find my opana seems to be 2x's stronger than my roxi's. Potency wise. I take Opana 30's and when I snort them it's like an OC 60 but it feels different. I use potentiators when I get high on opana. Also pick up some saleine solution. Drop some in your nose before snorting and after and massage it into your nose. Then later on swallow the "Opana Bugar".. haha it will just go down your throat.

i can handle up to 140mg hydro without issues. just a awesome nod.

So 60mg nasally shouldn't OD me right.

Its just they have different characteristics of the high.
So its hard to tell small signs of danger of something your
not familiar with rather then your DOC.

I'm gonna do them spread out over a hour as soon as i get off work.

ive been prescribed Opana ER 30 mg. First of all they taste like peanut butter when you snort them, second, 140mg of hydrocodone? like 14 vikeS? thats a stomach ache. you will get really fucked up on 2 opanas up the ol' booger tunnel. Not to mention you will be fucked up for a whilleeee....you will exp much more than a nod bro, more like a coma. You won't be in danger at all though, just dont drink or take a benzo...could slow you heart down and just stop. LMK how it goes big pimpin, i love stories!!

Make sure you do skinny small lines and use saline. It absorbs better that way and you get more out of it!

I dont know why anyone would eat 140mg of hydro without CWE.

Just wet the pill lightly with mouth and wipe off coating with a napkin.


anyways back to last night's report:

got off work at 10:30

went by Mcdonalds and got a
big mac and large fries.

got home and prepared my lines.

was thinking about prepping 2 pills
but stuck to one.

it had been about 45 min since I ate.

snort about 10mg in 2 lines.

within minutes i feel the warmth and euphoria surround me.

take another 10mg line.

next thing i know, i wake up a hour later
and had apparently been nodding hard
with my face head first into a slice of pizza(lol)
thank god it wasn't soup.

I don't want to waste the high. So i manage to get to my computer
with my other line in wait.

Put on new episode of Dexter(love it)

watching the intro while semi-nodding.

next thing i know its been 3 hours on the nod
and i never got past the intro.

At this point I head to bed and fall straight into
a blissful dreamy state.

Never managed to finish the rest of the pill.

I would say that 20mg OM felt like 100mg hydro easy. (I CWE anything over 40mg)

Lastly I would want to say to others who haven't tried it yet.

DON'T UNDERESTIMATE IT! especially with a high fat meal (a must)

I grind mine up with a pedd egg for your feet. Works great. Makes it nice and fluffy. Also the coating seems to make it more potent. So I just grind it all up and snort. The time release is not in the coating in Opana. Also saline is key. I put saline in my nose before snorting it and after. Also I use skinny lines that are about two inches long. Works great for me

OP I am glad you had a great experience. I much enjoy Opana. How was the new Dexter? I haven't seen it yet. Also where do you watch it online? I don't have cable at the moment so I am chomping at the bit to see this past weeks episode. I am wondering what is gonna go wrong with Lumen. lol

Anyways I swear saline is key and small lines. I also use Soma to potentiate and mix it with roxi for easier snorting.... also the smaller the lines the better for absorbtion. I have snorting Opana down to a science lol. I snort my Opana for pain and recreation. I am working on making my own nasal spray. I just don't want to waste any pills. I have the affrin sprayer.

But yea, where do you watch Dexter online? I go to project free tv... but if there's a better site I'd love to go there. Thanks

I tried an opana er 40 mg. It did nothing for me. I prefer oxycodone or hydromorphone, just my opinion
