I just tried black tar for the first time a couple day's ago. It was dark brown in color and smelled like vinegar and looked like hash it wasn't gooey at all. Anyway back on point I iv'ed a balloon's worth and got an intense rush and high was very nice. Next day I could not get any rig's so I smoked it. Now here is my question smoking it got me high but I felt poisoned, nausea's, and generally not that great. Weird thing is IV'ing the tar felt great without any of these symptom's. Also it was the same tar anyone feel that they get a dirty high if there smoking it?

No but some people do feel a little sick when they smoke tar, mostly people that havent really done any before. It probley just made you nausses from the bitter taste. Way back when most of my dope was being smoked it was always good to smoke weed in between hits to help the bitter taste and sometimes the nausses feeling you could get from the taste on your stomach.

if the taste is bothering you try not to breath through your nose while smoking.

also i get a piece of gum and pack it up in my lip like chewing tobacco so it covers the taste.

Yeah it does taste horrible. It was just a bad experince the foil and the straw all made it sketchy and disgusting. More opinion's are welcome.

i know its not the most practical, but a titanium spoon like the ones used to smoke oil might help with the taste alot

No opiates have ever made me nauseated, except when I smoked tar. Pretty common. I think smoking dope is a waste. If you don't have any rigs, or don't wanna IV, I'd snort it.

I hate the taste, so it makes me extra nauseous. I second the call for a spoon. I just used a very thin metal one (check thrift stores) and a candle to better control the heat. Smoking off foil is just barf-y sometimes.

If I'm stuck with tar, I just plug it. IVing it causes random vomiting, which is not chill for me, not at all.

after a weekend of smoking 2 grams of tar, i felt like i was being poisoned for a week, at one point i couldn't even move from my bed, and the thing is i had shit loads of opium but it didn't help at all.

I would never suggest IV to someone who hasn't, but as you said you already do so if you can't wait you gotta ask yourself is the high worth the sickness? I don't know because I've never smoked H went from snorting to shooting but its cause I get that FIRE powder. Although at the moment I'm tryin to quit :/

I have not done tar yet ,only good "fire " powder normally snort it although I have injected powder a few times and it was so good I stopped and kept snorting..lol..People say I should at least try tar before i knock it so I wont diss the tar until I have it,and maybe it will be good enough tar that it will be something I won't diss..lol...I am unsure whether to smoke it the first time I do some tar or IV it,since I am used to doing really good "fire" powder ny snorting it,and hav einjected like I say,but I would not know who to mess with smoking tar or cooking it up for a shot would be weird as the powder has not needed cooking up before injecting so I dunno,anyway anything smoked off foil has a funky taste to it IMO..

someone said they use chewing gum when smoking. the shit tasted like burnt ham and the smoke was so harsh i couldnt hold it. you waste it by smoking too. i would just plug it.

Classical conditioning at its clearest!! I know I've become this way with CWE liquid. The taste is awful but the instant I taste it I almost feel high already.
