Actually, it is called "chronic recurrent pharmacogenic erectly dysfunction" aka "crped" and will probably accompany your unfortunate little fella for the rest of his life. From what I know there aren't any reliable treatment methods as of today, even high dose sildenafil hasn't shown to be effective in 80% of the cases.

IMO being kind to people who have done foolish things can be compatible with harm reduction. Encouraging people to take up or continue practices that are unreasonably unsafe is contrary to HR but a kind approach or a less kind approach are not HR issues. Chastising people is a valid tool but my suspicion is it is quite easy to over use in a way that ends up not achieving the intended HR end.Ksa said:
