After doing a bit of reading, people say not to use vasodilators with mephedrone but fail to explain why.

Seems like harm reduction to take some before you do >250mg mephedrone at a time, no? If it's a bad idea, can anyone explain to me why?

If it is a good idea, what would the name of an OTC vasodilator to prevent this god awful feeling of pressure in the head?

Also, if not a vasodilator what about blood thinners? Would that help?

I take one aspirin before I dose my mephedrone, and I have never ever had a purple knee, red hand, or any of that shite. I don't know exactly how effective it is, maybe I'm just lucky, but I "believe" it works and it does :)
Also, I like to rail it but when I bomb it I usually take 200mg's not 250mg's.

Aspirin makes sense, as it does thin your blood...

Well i ask this question because i orally dosed around 315mg of mephedrone for first time (usually i snort), after it wore off i redosed around 150mg orally. Before i get into all the negatives, i do want to say that snorting is so wasteful. Doing it orally was the bees fuckin knees of ROA.

I got terrible and painful pressure in my head, i was getting light-headed when i walked around, and it was 40 degrees Ferennheit here and i felt so hot i had to turn AC fan on and my heater off. Tylenol helped with the hot/feverish feeling, but it didn't help at all with the increasingly painful pressure in the back of my head and neck. Plus my eyes were bloodshot red (something never experienced before), when i saw my eyes like that i began to think i used way too much and panicked a bit. Aside from the 4-mmc, i only drank a few beers and smoked the occasional cigarette, nothing else. I learned the hard way, never redose orally as frequently as you would intranasally. First time i ever had the side-effects so bad...

... So any answer on using vasodilators or blood-thinners before taking mephedrone dosages >250mg to counteract vaso-constriction?

slightly off-topic:
Anyway, all this happened tonight and it was just driving me nuts and i wanted to find a way to help get rid of that damn vaso-constriction side-effect. It wasn't so bad as blue knees, it was just painful pressure, disorientation, light-headedness, and all your typical problems when your blood pressure/circulation is way outta whack...

So i took two valium 5mg and drank some kratom and it kinda went away, maybe cuz kratom makes me not worry about anything...

I dont mean to double-post, but if one were to be at the hospital due to extreme vaso-constriction, what would the doctors give you? Isn't that what we'd want to take (except in smaller dose) to make mephedrone's side-effects subdue?

Kind of sounds dangerous to take two drugs with opposite effects, but maybe I'm wrong.

Maybe using pro-circulatory herbs or exercises would be somewhat safer? Cayenne pepper, ginger, yoga/warm baths...

Look into a NO (nitric oxide) supplement. It's a calm vasodilator. I wouldn't recommend a blood thinner with drugs in your stream. Seems a little unpredictable.
Keep the dose therapeutic with the NO (don't go overboard with it).

but cannabis increase blood pressure and heart rate. Not something i'd add to something that already does that...

Certain instances are good... like if you're on a strong stimulant, it's best to take a moderate benzo with it if you've been on it for a while, helps to reduce manic behaviors.

And taking a vasodilator while on a vasoconstrictor seems like it would only help to balance out your bodys circulatory system to its normal state...
