I agree, after these last midterm elections in the USA, freshman congressman, many elected by people disatisfied with the government, I minority even going to washington to enact change, "return the country to the people, ect, ect..." a few weeks ago were taken to governing workshops. In these "workshops" they learn how the machine works, how to vote, whose agenda to vote for, basically how to become lackeys for self interest groups. These "work shops" took place at lavish 5 star hotels in Maui and Kauai were the new elected officials were wined and dined and pampered in high style. The group sponosring these soiree's. The very powerful and politically influencial Prison Guards' Union. See were this is all going. Legislation authorizing this and other measures should sail through congress- on the federal level bipassing the right for individual states to decide for themselves the necessity and constitutionality or reliability of such technology. Comming up less freedom and less being free from being secure on your self or personal effects from unreasonable search and seizure.

At the same time I'm worried that this thing isn't that accurate. And I have a feeling it will land a lot of people in jail unjustly until they work out the kinks. Most of us know how stupid cops can be and how much they love their new toys.

I also wonder where the fuck this technology is headed in the next decade or two.

you are retarded... Do you realize that it will detect drugs in the system days after the drug may have been consumed... meaning they would be arresting potentially SOBER people, which is a crime against humanity.. I have lost all respect for you

you can be taken in and arrested for driving under the influence of drugs but fuck the doctors consent they cant FORCE you to stick your arm out and give blood to be used as evidence. I sure as hell didn't when I was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence of marijuana. (yeah i know!) I didnt give them my blood, & I ended up beating the case %)
 
Im just goin to have to say no to this one lol. This really bugs the shit out of me. If it could tell if someone is intoxicated at the time of the test...well thats different im all for something like that. But this is the biggest scam since the DEA
