is it this batch or have I 'lost the magic'? 150 mg bomb of white crystal MDMa and I felt more dysphoria than euphoria. could this be due to set and setting or impurities? in the past md has rocketed me upwards regardless of how I've been feeling previous to taking it or who I'm with or where I am.

No way that you can tell man unless you have some of the batch left you can buy a tester kit to see if it's legit MDxx

I think you've answered it yourself there. You have a benchmark from the past with the good company and music, so you will have to match this everytime or risk disappointment.
I doubt it's the MDMA as there is loads of good quality going round the UK at the moment, and I won't even start on the 'loss of magic' debate
So yeah, S&S is a prime suspect.

MDMA can have dramatically different effects every time you take it- I've felt floored, excited, horrified, euphoric, and disoriented all at different times from the same batch of MDMA.
Loss of magic (IME) does not always start with feeling less "happy", it can be a weird road- all of a sudden MDMA makes you tired, or disconnected from reality- all sorts of different effects.
I agree setting could absolutely play a roll. When you're surrounded by great people and music, you're less likely to feel "weird", because you're distracted by socializing and into the music.
Of course, unless you test it, you can't be certain of what the contents are. Keep in mind it's easier to "cut" or contaminate a powder, than pills.

i wounder? if it was decent mdma 150mg would have me feeling some very defined effects (all tho i have never experienced "loss of magic") the feelings would be strange body sensations and light headedness, i have experienced that sometime if you take to small of a dose and dont "break thru" it can kind of just be a rough experinece and not have the full on mental roll just phsyical loads on the body. try taking more, test your gear, could have been methylone aswell,,, kinda atypical of that if your break thru dose is not reached

so it was tested?. my guess its because your tolerance is up a little to high and you didnt reach your "sweet spot" it has happened to me when i bombed 100mg, it was very good Molly but just didnt eat enough
