the only time you MIGHT experience a little bit of a problem would be if you went out and banged a fat shot of dope RIGHT after you gave the blood and you were already woozy and out of it from giving blood. if you didnt eat or drink afterwards and felt all light headed, takin a shot of dope might make you feel a lil bit more likely to pass out.
But the ridiculous-ass, stupid idea that so many drug users seem to have about how "giving blood makes your high better, cuz you have less blood, so it makes the concentration of heroin in your blood higher!" is absolutely urban legend garbage. it dont have no effect. like i said, any effect you might have would be from the fact that donatin blood can make you lightheaded and more likely to pass out and combining that with a big rush might hit you harder since you already out of it. It aint got nothing to do with having less blood in your body causing your heroin to be stronger or no crazy shit like that.
By the time its a day, or a week later, there would be no difference wat so ever. it would have zero effect. since by that time, you wouldnt be experiencing the lightheadedness that you get sometimes after givin blood there would be nothin to be concerned about. blood regenerates itself anyways, as soon as you get rid of it your body starts to make more to replace it so all the old rumors you hear are stupid anyways and dont even make sense realistically.
