IV Dilaudid barely working?

When I was on methadone. I ate two 100mg fentanyl patches and didn't even catch a buzz. I'm sure it's the methadone fucking with the dilaudid.
 
@@hippie tolerance does drop fast..but what do you honestly think is going to happen in 3 days? It will drop a little and go right back to where it was on day 4 that he uses. Even after 30 days give it a week and you are right back there (or less).

It'll take 3 days just for the done to be out of his system if he's on a steady 40mg dose lol

I think on the day you are using the dillys just cut out the 40mg methadone. Though I know I always got a rush off dope if I was on a low dose of methadone like that. Can't imagine why 24mg dilly wouldn't do anything for you aside from the high droppin goff pretty fast

OFC the tolerance will go up fast but as long as one doesn't go full on junkie then everything should be good. I mean if you did 3 days clean then used you would prob get a full 48hours of full opiate effect then you would just be building tolerance, and if you got 100% clean you would get like a week of full effect from your DOC. It all depends on not using double of which half of could have done the exact same job.8)
 
^Hippe, taking a 3 day break would make a big difference if I was on dope. I'm on methadone. The half-life of methadone is about 4 times longer than dope. That would mean I would need to take a 12 day break to clear a similar concentration out of my system. So, no, 3 days would really just be a waste.
 
Yeah taking off 3 days wouldn't do crap except put you into withdrawals. Your still going ot do the same amounts and not OD.

What's going on with you is the DONE is built up in your body, it's obviously given you a tolerance and is probably blocking a slight amount.
 
^ Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. It's just weird because I don't have to use much more heroin than I was using before. I guess it's just me overestimating the potency of dilaudid. Should probably just get opana next time.

not true, have you even tried it? you obviously are lacking some information or you wouldn't have made the post. Ive been using every opiate you can imagine for years and i support my habit well. if your on methadone for a year then stop completely for three days then dosed on a dillie you would get blasted, but then again I'm a fit 25 year old man, work out regularly and i am in generally in good shape have a fast metabolism and i guess that's why i detox in 2 days enough to get blasted full on

when you run low on dope and low dose for a week and then use a high dose and wonder why it didn't get you high... yea that's not called stopping

OP why don't you stop talking and stop use for 3 days instead of using stuff and posting here at the same time.....n there is no magic answer that will not involve stopping your use. I bet your loaded right now


done with this thread too many people who prob only stop because they run out posting.... Ive detoxed fully 2wice over the past 4 months, how times have you?

i dont think its the dilaudid blocking cuz i used to be perscriped to three 10mg methadones per day ( 90 pr months) and i had to drive 90 minutes to get my drugs dailly so id pop one 10 or 20mgs of the methadone so i wouldnt feel shitty as i took a shower and drove to get my dilly/oxy and i was doing my shot at about 100 minutes after i took the meth pills and i never noticed any blockade effect compared to when i did the shots with no methadone in me. then again i was only taking 10, sometimes 20mg, just to hold me over if i woke up sick so i didnt feel bad on my daily 90 minute drug run. hope this helps somehow. even with the 20 mg i felt no blocker effect. then again i did hear once that coincidentily to your situation methadone has no blockading effect until 40mgs, so that could do it. also i can tell you first had that trying to use something like dilaudid or oxy, to replace a habit of something long acting, like morphine or methadone, can be a little tough, and it makes you feel like your tolerance is thru the roof when its really just the fact that the short acting opiates youve switch too, while initially just as potent, are leaving your system 4 or 5 times faster. hope this help. my advice is to not take them meth for a while, or just take like 10mgs before you go to bed so its been a good 7 or 8 hours before you do your first shot and later shots in daytime.

I know this thread is a bit old, I felt the need to add to it.

I have a relatively high tolerance (300mg oxy/1g H per day) and got several of the K4s, wanting to try them because they're rare in the area. After some experimenting, there were next to NO effects. The tabs seemed real and reproved some of the dope-sickness, but no rush or high to speak of. Even after an IV shot of ten (40mgs).
