Lower dose = less recovery time?

I'm more referring to time to restore seratonin to normal levals...as in being able to roll more frequently than once every few months.

I had just one weak capsule on halloween and I really want to roll again but I know I should wait. The question is how long...
 
1 pill just doesnt do it for me, it never did. I never experience a crash or harsh comedown, but my emotions always feel amplified and extra sensitive for like a week afterwards....even if i only take one and dont roll too hard.

I actually felt fine. The comedown was fantastic, compared to my awful, horrendous comedown from my first time over the summer. Just went to sleep, felt great the next day, and no negative side effects.

That said, the roll was pretty weak...all head buzz, no tingles, empathy, nothing.
 
A low or strong dose will both still initially release a lot of serotonin. You should recover a little faster if you are consuming a lot less though. Either way, serotonin takes awhile to replenish, so you should still be waiting awhile in between rolls.
And even if your serotonin isn't releasing as much as a higher dose, you can still be doing damage to your body.

I shouldn't have said buzz. I was rolling, but it was very weak. I felt really happy and I had the rolling feeling, but it was all in my head. Didn't get the touching/tingling sensations, didn't get the feeling that I was connected to everyone...

I actually thought it was MDEA. Upon reading how rare it is, I probably just had a really weak dose of MDMA.

i get the same feeling if i dont take enough. you feel good but you can tell youre not 'there'
