Heroin Considering trying heroin?

I know nobody can give me a simple yes or no, as it is my decision, but
I was hoping someone can help me weigh out the pros and cons...
I have been strongly considering smoking heroin, I want to really bad but I'm not completely sure if I should...
I know nobody on here can tell me what to do, but I was hoping that maybe some people can give me their opinions on it, and help me weigh out some of the pros and cons if that made sense...

1 you live in norcal so you get tar CON
2 its horrible for your mental health (when addicted) CON
3 a vast majority of people who try heroin get addicted CON
4 the social circle you tend to run in when addicted... sucks CON
5 can drasticly change your life for the worst CON

i can tell you what to do. its a horrible idea. everyone i know who was tried heroin wishes they never had. if they tell you otherwise chances are they are addicted to it.

dont get me wrong, i still do dope with some regularity. if i could go back though i would never have touched the stuff.
 
If this is something you don't have steady access to, and it's kind of like a limited time offer and you don't have a regular connect, then it would be OK to try it.

If you find yourself fiending for more, you'll know to deliberately stay away from it because heroin addiction is not fun.

If you were responsible with it, then you can enjoy it on a once in a relatively long time basis.

My advice is not to try it. If you live in northern California, hopefully you can find some cannabis or psychedelics instead.
 
Argh.... This is crazy, not one person has recommended YES.... To answer your question Captain.Heroin, I actually would have a regular contact, this person sells a few things, heroin being one of them... I'm starting to lean towards no...

I have a steady supply of Rx amphetamines, and I thought I could not get addicted.

Well I did. If you have a steady/easy supply of heroin, there's a very high chance you'll get addicted.

Looking back I wish i never tried it, and I wish I never tried opiates either.
 
I've done many opiates, i've got to say i'm not pleased with heroin. The powdered stuff i got from east coast was GREAT, but living in south-west all they have is tar and it's really shitty. Especially considering i don't IV. I rather do pharmaceutical opiates such as dilaudid or opana.

I'd say no if it's tar heroin, yes if it's decent powdered h.
 
I can't get ahold of codeine, and the only hydrocodone I can get a hold of is vicodin, and acetaminophen makes me very sick.
 
Can't get ahold of other (non-NSAID) pharm opiates?

Atleast then you'd know the purity...
 
touchy subject here. i would ask yourself this... how dear to you are your memories. most likely if you do heroin, it will be the best feeling you will ever expeirence, but once that high is gone, its gone.

and when you are not high you will think about it, and dream about it, and wish you were high. maybe not every second of every day, maybe not even every day, even if you decide to never do it agian, it will forever be in your head of how fucking amazing it was and how you just want that feeling one more time.

you have to decide if you can live with an unquenchable thirst.

that is what it comes down to.
 
A lot of people said the same thing about crystal meth, that when I tried it I would think about it, want it again but I don't really like meth all that much honestly...
Though I see what you're saying, if I do end up liking heroin as much as you say... It's probably pretty risky thing to chance.

I've done a fair bit of meth back in the day, used to think about it and fiend for it a bit too even. But opiates really "hit the spot" if ya know what i mean. One of those things you can see yourself doing (or being on) every day. And that's the problem. It might be yours as well, you might just be stubborn like me and have to learn the hard way.:(
 
You're the only one who can decide whether to chance it.

I used heroin recently for the first time. I'm a regular user of oxycodone and I'll say the first time I did heroin (snorted tar) it wasn't all that different. Nothing crazy. But soon I would have to do so much to get the same high I'd get from 70-90mg of Oxy. So I shot it a few times, the downward spiral can start pretty quick. I'm back using just oxy now. I'd say if you go for it don't shoot it. Or if you can get some oxy's do that first, or get some hydros and do a CWE if the APAP makes you sick. You should definitely do hydro or oxy BEFORE you do heroin. If APAP makes you sick to your stomach, heroin will probably make you miserably nauseated. If you're not really opiate tolerant you don't need a powerful drug like heroin to get off. I'm sure a couple Vics or Percs would do you just fine. I'm ripped on Oxy right now and kinda wishing I had some dope to shoot. Now I'm thinking of slamming an oxy, even though the rush isn't that great and I'm already high.

I hope you get my point. Heroin is really addictive.

I like that my only H connect is 350 miles away. Makes it real easy not to do. I could probably find some here, but I'd have to ask a bunch of people I don't know. And a lot of people think you're nuts if you ask about heroin. I'll probably end up doing that when I run through my script early, as usual.
