Heroin Using heroin and physical dependence.

Did you get that backwards? Never heard of hydrocodone er. Doesn't matter I get your point anyways. When I did oxy about once or twice a month my tolerance got up to where I'd need 80mg to get off. And its never fallen more than 5mg. Never like the first time when I took 20mg and was totally faded.

No, there is at least one type of ER hydrocodone. It's in the form of Tussionnex Pennkinetic suspension and has 10mg of hydrocodone and 8mg of chlorpheniramine per teaspoon. Its meant to be a cough syrup for kids, tasty stuff!

All i know is out of all the heroin users i know or have met, the only ones that use it recreationally are the ones that dont shoot it.

I always wondered why they never made hydrocontin. Sometimes it feels I get better relief from Norco 10/325s then Perc 10/325s. Maybe because I'm really used to the Percs now. I do like that hydrocodone is more sedating for me, while the oxy tends to be a little speedy. I usually take pills when I was up and before I go to bed. If I had my choice I'd take 60mg of Oxy when I get up and 60mg of hydro before bed. That sounds like some good syrup. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is nasty stuff though it higher doses.

edit,
Who am I kidding. If I had my choice I'd take 150mg of Oxy when I get up and 150mg of Hydro before I go to bed. Now thats more like it.

The way it sounds to me is that you are already rationalizing the where, whens and hows which by itself is addict behavior. You also have to factor tolerance into your equations. Please respect this drug and all the advice you are getting especially the "quit while you're ahead" advice.
